What is Precoro?

Precoro is a cloud-based solution for procurement process optimization. It aims to eliminate time-consuming manual procedures and human factor errors, and instead automates operations and centralizes purchasing processes. It enables users to:

- Approve documents from any device using email or Slack notifications. Users can streamline approval workflow by adding as many steps as needed and assigning specific roles for colleagues.

- To save money from the purchasing budget, Precoro tracks discounts to avoid spending more than planned. It can increase cash flow transparency by monitoring corporate expenses (including reimbursements). And it provides analytics and reports to plan the procurement strategy more thoughtfully.

- Users can create, approve and track POs or transfer orders from Amazon Business via Punch-in. Manage suppliers, item catalogs, and inventory.

- Precoro connects with an ERP and other business tools using ready-made integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) or its API. This helps to avoid duplicated payments and manual document matching.

- Data is kept secure with SSO and 2-factor authentication.

The system helps us to track items easily as compared to manual & increases our productivity. It is user friendly & price is reasonable where every small company like us can afford to buy & use it.
  • It is cloud base & we can use it anywhere anytime as long as there is wifi.
  • It is user friendly.
  • Price is affordable.
  • All notes & comments and documents submitted in PR were not flow thru to the PO so we need to attach the docs & type the notes & comments again
  • Some field in PR can be omitted

The program is used to control the procurement cycle of the entire company by individual departments or locations. From office equipment to service subscriptions, tracking all statuses from requisition to payment.I use it at least weekly. Requests are created intuitively and in handy, as the catalog of the products I need is already here. I can also generate warehouse requests from the inventory section. The approvals are much faster because my manager is notified immediately and can confirm it from his phone. Thanks to the budgets, there is complete visibility of the current expenses and the number of remaining funds for a certain period.

We use Precoro to efficiently procurement process management. Each employee can leave a purchase request in advance, comparing it with the budget. The tool is convenient and clear, so requests are created quickly and without errors. Attachments can be added to each request, and information can be clarified by tagging each other. In addition to being convenient, it allows us to view all the information in one place to avoid possible misunderstandings.Thanks to the optimized approval process, all stages are fast, and we can get the items on time.

All the procurement data needed, including vendor, items on orders, stock balances, and even the reason for the purchase, is kept in one place. The report generation feature is convenient. We can analyze each vendor, generate quarterly or annual expense reports and optimize plans for the following year.

We can set up an approval workflow and share responsibility between departments. Since all the data is in the catalogs, it takes a few minutes to create a purchase order, and all orders can be tracked at any time with clear statuses.

I easily plan budgets for each project, promptly track spending, and create custom reports. Precoro allows doing this in 2 clicks. All suppliers and items are in one place, so purchase requests and orders are quickly created without errors. Precoro is a cloud-based tool, so I can use it from any device as long as I have internet. This greatly speeds up approval time and helps me keep everything under control no matter where I am. I want to highlight the new Expense module. It enables transparent management of the reimbursement process, if necessary.

The software is very useful and is designed very well. It was a great experience right from the start. Customer service guided us through the whole setup process, which was much easier than we thought. The onboarding process took less than 2 weeks. The team was there for us to answer any questions regarding the usage of the software.

We use Precoro for purchasing licenses, hardware, and software internally and externally throughout our entire organization. Before Precoro, our purchasing process was a mess and we could not keep proper record of our purchases due to the high volume of requests we dealt with. Now, we have a built in catalog of items we purchase frequently, and we have the freedom to add items as we see fit to orders. We know at all times where each request is in the process through their Approval Workflow, and we know exactly when and what was order in each PO. Notes and comments allow us to keep purchasing communications within the request itself and it provides great source of paper trail when needed.

Precoro is great if you need to keep your organization aware of where in the purchasing process an order is, and if you need a place to communicate about orders & keep a record of those communications. It does not work too well for a variety of purchasing requests - the process lacks complexity.

Precoro was used for the creation of POs and requests. Now it's super easy to convert requests into orders and track their status. I can send them directly to the supplier and they become email approval.
