Precoro is a cloud-based solution for procurement process optimization. It aims to eliminate time-consuming manual procedures and human factor errors, and instead automates operations and centralizes purchasing processes. It enables users to:

- Approve documents from any device using email or Slack notifications. Users can streamline approval workflow by adding as many steps as needed and assigning specific roles for colleagues.

- To save money from the purchasing budget, Precoro tracks discounts to avoid spending more than planned. It can increase cash flow transparency by monitoring corporate expenses (including reimbursements). And it provides analytics and reports to plan the procurement strategy more thoughtfully.

- Users can create, approve and track POs or transfer orders from Amazon Business via Punch-in. Manage suppliers, item catalogs, and inventory.

- Precoro connects with an ERP and other business tools using ready-made integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) or its API. This helps to avoid duplicated payments and manual document matching.

  • We can track each purchase order, who created it, and why. They are no longer lost, and we can always see the history. The dashboard allows us to monitor information about all essential documents and at what stage they are now and keep track of which invoices have not yet been paid or partially paid.
  • By setting up budgets for each department, we can effectively plan the allocation and prevent overspending.
  • The system is very flexible and convenient. I can't imagine my work without it.

  • This is a handy program for fast-growing companies. We started our way with a small number of orders monthly. Some of them could be in emails, messengers, or spreadsheets. Over time they became too many. They could get lost or paid twice. Since the new departments were added, the number of requests grew. We needed to structure all the information in one place and get more visibility into our spending. Precoro does a great job of that and allows us to track orders, spend, create reports, and coordinate vendors. Most of these processes now go automatically.

  • Our problem before implementing Precoro was a lot of manual tasks, from managing catalogs to creating reports. Now all related processes are in one place, and it's faster to create a purchase order, track it, and get products in time. Also, the overall visibility increased. We can see all purchases and their impacts on our budget. Reports is the most customizable module, so we can get the data we need. Thanks to our CSM for fast onboarding and help!

  • It is much more convenient than storing data in tables, emails, or instant messenger conversations. Requests are created in minutes, and all other stages are automatic.
  • Manual work that used to take a lot of time is completely reduced. The ordering process is now much faster and more visible.

  • It has been challenging to manage requests and compare them with budgets. Many of them were lost or made post factum. As a result, we spent more than necessary, and the whole procurement process took a long time.
  • Now we have all the steps from the request to the receipt in one system. In addition, an inventory section, vendor catalog, and reports. The ordering and approval process became much faster.
