Preno's features include bookings management, with check-in and check-out processes. Preno's integration with leading channel managers allow accommodation operators to distribute their rooms through Online Travel Agents (OTA) such as Booking.com and Expedia. Bookings coming through these channel managers will automatically drop into the Preno grid, and with its real-time availability sync, double bookings are avoided.
The reporting tab offers real-time reports to support business decisions. The user can set targets to see how a hotel's performance is tracking against them for the month.
Preno's integration with Xero allows for streamlined accounting processes. Payments can be pushed through within Preno, and mapped to the desired accounts within Xero. Reconciliation is made easier with Preno and Xero's functionality, helping users save time and increase accuracy.
