- The ROI has been huge, the cost of having our help desk team take care of printer installations were much higher than the cost of the solution.
- Help desk are almost nonexistent. The majority of the calls we get are from new employees that aren't familiar with the solution.

First Hand Experience.
- Managing copiers from a single pane of glass to investigate user issues and SNMP reporting for quick insight into copier status has reduced the need for "I'm not sure what happened; can we just reboot and see what happens?"
- Removing the necessity of direct domain access for GPOs to apply copier changes removed the wait time for a user to have items available.
