  • The ROI has been huge, the cost of having our help desk team take care of printer installations were much higher than the cost of the solution.
  • Help desk are almost nonexistent. The majority of the calls we get are from new employees that aren't familiar with the solution.
  • The single pane of glass console makes inventory, supplies and usage so much easier.

  • Staff have saved time using this over the complex system we had in the past.
  • We have had less helpdesk tickets as staff are more independent with this system.
  • The reporting features gives us real data we can use for anticipating paper and toner needs and also to make sure we are just printing appropriate work related jobs.

  • Managing copiers from a single pane of glass to investigate user issues and SNMP reporting for quick insight into copier status has reduced the need for "I'm not sure what happened; can we just reboot and see what happens?"
  • Removing the necessity of direct domain access for GPOs to apply copier changes removed the wait time for a user to have items available.
  • Fewer helpdesk calls just to install a copier for a location they're traveling to for a limited time.
