- customer support is very attentive and fast
- no printer issues for us any longer with stuck print server queues

- In the early days some of the features were a little buggy but over the last couple of years I can't think of anything we need improved in particular.

Great modern cloud-based print solution.

- Easy for end users to navigate.
- Nice modern cloud-based printing solution.
- It is not a criticism of the solution but a recommendation. Understand how profiles work before you roll out.
- Converts server share printer name to direct IP address printing.
- Easily connects to on-prem print servers to capture existing print drivers, IP addresses, and printer profiles.
- Users can easily map new printers by clicking the printer object on floor plan maps.
- Cross platform printer installs makes this product a winner.
- Installing postscript drivers is not currently supported.

PrinterLogic Makes it Easy for Our Teachers to Print
- Easy to update
- Quick and simple download
- Clear organization
- The UI with the folders/subfolders can get a bit cluttered when there are multiple printers in a folder.
- Ease of use - even non-tech savvy users have been able to manage their own printers.
- Easy to implement.
- Relatively easy to administrate.
- More advanced printing options; as a law firm, we may have niche/specific needs, but we're still learning.

- Some options like SNMP seem to need to be adjusted in several places, making it a bit difficult to manage correctly.

- Printing from chromebooks
- Print queue management for chromebooks
- Listing available printers
- Is easy to use with chromebooks
- Chromebook use is fantastic windows use a bit less so
- PrinterLogic addon for chrome is needed for windows but will throw errors sometimes

A Great Printing Solution and Management Tool
- The install printer page is done very well and customizable.
- Creating a printer is very easy and quick.
- Assigning printers and managing access to printers is easy.
- Authentication via Google or Azure makes logins easy.
- There really isn't anything major that we've noticed wrong.
- The biggest thing was we were not able to get the dual authentication working with both Google and Azure at the same time. We ended up having to just pick one.
- The cost isn't cheap and is maybe a little higher than other options, but it does give you more features than competitors.

Listen to the reviews. It's as good as they all say.
- Ease of deployment.
- Simplicity. The portal and end user experience just make sense.
- Their support staff is amazing. Never once had an issue getting questions answered.
- Truly cloud based, unlike many competitors

- Secure Print release is OK - but the interface could be improved

First Hand Experience.
- Copier management on user's machines.
- Organization of available copiers in an easy to view methodology.
- SNMP status reporting as a quick insight to operational status.
- Allowing the import of already implemented badges without the need to have users specifically register their badges while still giving users the option to register via PrinterLogic's DB.
- Give administrators the ability to manage how the CPA options are used. If PrinterLogic is on a machine, we want to be able to specify what happens on the successful scan. Ex. Scan badge, automatically bring to the Release/Scan to Email screen. Not scan, select App, then finally go to the Release/Scan page.
- Give the option to have the CPA immediately trigger on the scan. I am opposed to specifically changing items on the copier to give a cheap feel to a great solution.
- PrinterLogic is promoted as serverless but still requires a connector to be installed on a centralized machine; thus, it is still forced to use a "server."
- Using iDP credentials as opposed to local machine user accounts constantly reverts back to the local user profile even though they're showing as logged in via iDP, preventing successful print jobs.
- Configuring copier finisher settings are hit or miss. We can use the exact same settings for the same model copier in a different location and have wildly different results.
- PrinterLogic, as a SaaS, constantly has an outage, preventing the use of the product until PrinterLogic's team resolves the issue. They are forcing the thought of returning to self-hosted solutions purely for uptime.

Great Print Management Solution for a Busy Real Estate Firm
- allows us to centrally manage and deploy drivers
- the utility gives a fairly uniform cross platform experience for connecting printers
- we can more consistently keep end users set up with the proper settings
- PrinterLogic has FABULOUS support and their reps have helped me solve issues that were not even directly related to PrinterLogic
- The setup process, though well supported by Printerlogic engineers, was tedious
- I needed to create a long install guide for our end users

- The PrinterLogic Portal Displays all the printers at client sites.
- PrinterLogic team and staff is very customer service oriented and helpful.
- PrinterLogic accounting and monthly invoicing is transparent and easy to follow.
- PrinterLogic specializes in the management of Printers and can't think of areas where improvement is needed.
- PrinterLogic could add computers and other devices to the service in the future.
- PrinterLogic could add more data fields to the profile of Printer devices to track elements of the Printer asset, such as purchase price.
