Actually, I've never had an issue with the support I've gotten. If that particular person isn't familiar with what I'm asking about, they quickly ask another support person for additional help. So if exceptional can 'all the time', then yes, every single time. Maybe I just have such a low bar from the disappointing support from other companies which is sometimes I just give up rather than attempting to get their attention, but I'll say that I never dread the instance when I have to ask them a question.

Yes, I was having an ERP support issue. It was a monthly on-going problem. I went through several support reps and developers. Then finally I made it to an advanced support tech who knew how to fix the issue. We have not had that issue again and it has been a great relief.

We were experiencing issues downloading drawings through Procore's web browser login. We contacted Procore support and were immediately contacted by one of their support staff, they looked into our issue and saw that there was a back log in the drawing download queue. They pushed through the items that were held up and the issue was resolved, the whole process took less than one hour.

In the first year of any Procore Agreement, there are hours provided to use with their Custom Solutions team. This can be used for various reasons, however a key one for one of my clients was creating Workflows in the Financial Tools for change management, so larger changes could be reviewed by more users prior to going to the client for approval.

Back in 2017, I was new to the company I currently work for and one of my roles when getting hired on was to get familiar with procore and get it implemented. I was having a little trouble with the drawing recognition so one of the team members took over my PC and manually showed me how to go about it. They didn't just explain it over the phone.

One time I was experiencing an issue with the company logo not printing correctly on the Procore reports tool. I tried resolving the issue on my own, but there was nothing I could do to fix it. I contacted Procore customer support and the support agent was very eager to help me with what I assumed would be a trivial issue. He took my information down and said he would personally see to it that the issue was resolved. I received an email a few days later that the agent made the correct changes and was able to fix the problem. I was shocked to see such dedication and care regardless of how big or small the issue was.

Procore provided me with exceptional support a time in which I was trying to figure out a different way to import a large amount of submittal information to create a submittal log all at once, rather than creating each submittal separately. I reached out to the chat function and talked with Pepper who responded immediately and was able to help me figure it out in minutes. Saved me hours of work.

There as a time when we were having issues with how our accounting team works and how the budget tool was working. The Procore team helped us to customize this tool to better work with how we as a development team, do budgets. This tool has helped our project managers greatly in the budgeting process.

Middle of the week, around 7pm local time. I had a CSR agent live chatting with me for around an hour to try and get a resolution to a problem I was having. Even when I was ready to just accept that it couldn't work the way I wanted, she persisted and we ended up coming to a resolution that got me what I needed. Hard to argue with team members like that!

I called Procore a couple of years ago to ask if it was possible to do something specific within the "Photos" section. The agent told me that it was not possible, but that he would mention if to the software team as a suggestion. The next day someone in the software department contacted me to ask questions about my request. Procore really strives to keep all of [its] end-users happy with the experience.

I was having trouble seeing a approved submittals. A Procore agent was able to chat with me online and then access my computer to help guide me in answer to my question. Afterwords, they sent a personal follow up email to make sure my problem was solved.

It would be easier to count how many times I have not received stellar support from Procore, which I would say stand at less than five times. I am impressed by Procore's support so often. They respond to chat requests immediately, they respond with insightful and comprehensive information. The more challenging requests have been forwarded directly to specialists and I have been able to chat with them.
