Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Very well! Only a short training session required to reach competency and my field staff uses it every day. It's great that the database can be taken offline to use in the field since many projects have sporadic, if any, cell service or aren't allowed to take transmitting devices within the jobsite.

The mobile interface works very well and is an invaluable tool for our employees out on jobsites in the field. The ability to access tools even when a data connection is not available has had a major impact on our ability to document job progress for more remote job sites. The app is regularly updated and well maintained.

The mobile interface is one of the best parts about Procore. It integrates back to the web platform very well and ensures all information is in the palm of your hand. It also provides opportunities to capture data real-time as you're going about your day on site, ensuring you have full control over your project.

The mobile interface that Procore provides is very easy to use and laid out in a way in which it is easy to view. One can easily upload photos, create RFIs, access the directory, or even create observations all in the palm of one's hand. It is a very easy and user friendly tool to use.

I cut my teeth learning on the mobile app. If you have a smart phone and can use an app, you can figure out procore in no time. We have superintendents longer than I have been alive that once they gave it a shot and learned how to use it, love it! My one gripe is the lack of consistency with interfaces/layouts between platforms. Windows/Android/Apple. They are all different! Which can make for an interesting time trying to explain to someone where to find something if you are not on the exact same OS.

The iOS app is very good. There is some limited functionality. Some functions must be conducted through the Web interface. Reporting is exclusively conducted through the Web interface.

The iOS interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Information doesn't always update automatically on the iOS app. The app will require "refreshing" in multiple areas to ensure data is fully up-to-date. This can become a problem when small changes are made on the web to be utilized in the field. One of the first steps I ask my field personnel to complete is a "project refresh". Swiping down and holding on several different screens on the iOS app usually accomplishes the necessary refresh.
