We have anywhere from 125-150 employees using Procore. Beginning with our Safety team, they collect all of their inspections, audits and incidents. Our field documents their daily logs, review schedules and markup "as builts" in the drawing tools. Project managers maintain the contracts, RFIs and submittals. Our Engineers upload BIM models for the field to use as well.

Procore is used by every department in our company and is a means for consolidating data for specific jobs for all users to access and update as necessary. Procore is used for nearly all documentation - be it drawings, submittals, material/tool requests, safety inspections, and many more. Procore is the connection point for all of our departments and allows us to function much more efficiently as a whole company.

As an implentation consultant, I'm the only one who utilizes in my organization, however I've trained and supported countless users at various companies of all sizes. I've rolled this out and helped gain utilization at Developers/Owners, General Contractors and Specialty Subcontractors. As a result I can confidently say that I have yet to come across an organization that has not benefited from Procore.

Project Managment, Document Control, and Production control. Outside of Financials and Estimating, this is the core of our business. From the time a contract is issued to us until our steel is hanging in the air on site, we are in use of Procore. We love when our General Contractors use Procore because we know the job is going to move a little bit smoother (hopefully)

We have top to bottom usage, Procore is used by the senior management, accounting dept and project manager staff. It is also used at the site level by superintendents and safety officers. We are working towards more tool belt staff participation for time and material work as well as safety records.

Every aspect of construction - preconstruction, estimating, project management, scheduling, quality control, accounting, and legal. Procore is the home page for all our projects so it is central to the business. All project documentation and financials are done in Procore, so every aspect of the business touches it. It is mostly used by the project teams, and is standard for every project we do.
