Technical people with apatite for data analysis and implementation of new functions, best case scenario is someone with authority and leadership skills. What accounts for project level, the best support that you can get is gamers. Sounds strange, but they are quick to adapt and implement, tech-savvy, easy to communicate new ideas, functions, tools and apps.

We have one dedicated employee that works with the field regarding training and supporting of any product issues. We have 2 other team members with extensive knowledge to help when needed. Each of our offices have "Super Users" that we call on to help support their local teams as necessary.

We have a single IT Specialist on staff who is largely responsible for training and troubleshooting Procore issues for all users. Once his resources and knowledge have been exhausted, he contacts Procore's support team for more focused troubleshooting and technical errors stemming from Procore's side of things. Procore support does a fantastic job of addressing issues immediately and following up on resolutions.

As a Procore Consultant, I am this person, however I hold this role in various organization of all shapes and sizes. Additionally I perform this for Developers/Owners, General Contractors and Specialty Subcontractors. Additionally, I help train the internal Procore In-House support teams or individuals in these organizations. For larger organizations I tend to recommend committees of around 4-6 individuals and in smaller I recommend 2, so there is always a back-up if someone is away or leaves the company.

I support provide local support for Procore in our office. I am 20 years younger than the next oldest person so anytime a software is being used then i'm the go to support person. I believe all that it takes to support Procore at our level is maybe a year of experience with Procore and a general understanding of the office movement of the construction industry.

The internal Procore support staff is well-versed in the capabilities of Procore and can provide assistance for the field-staff whenever needed. These team members typically have great attention to detail and are very well-organized. A general understanding of construction is obviously an advantage, but is not necessarily required to support Procore. If all else fails, Procore customer service is second to none and can provide further assistance when required.

I am the procore support person. I was in a project manager role previously with the company. However I have had software related roles in past jobs related and unrelated to construction. There is a lot of specific learning related to Procore I do not believe an IT professional level of education or training is required. Although I am sure it would be useful and more efficient.

Several of our IT professionals interact with Procore for company level reporting, custom forms, and similar integrations. Procore's support staff takes care of all other support issues, and the live chat is used frequently for any questions which may come up on a daily basis. Our internal IT team does not have to worry about issues with Procore - Procore handles all of them internally.

The individuals within the company that support Procore on a more daily basis have higher level skills when it comes to technology. Our entire information department all are equipped to tackle day to day Procore support. Also we have a select group of information technology individuals, vice presidents, project managers, and assistant project managers who champion new innovations involving Procore.

Myself and one other person are the support team for our Procore account. We make sure that the team stays up to date on all the new Procore tools/items coming out, update projects and directories when needed, and implement new practices for better utilizing Procore.
