No, as a consultant I tend to be the one to assist clients in this manner. There are odd cases where I do advise clients this would be required however, in the instances where they want to build their own integrations for various aspects of their business.

We did not. We don't use all of Procore so we figured we could wing it. It's worked out pretty well for us over time. We haven't ran into any major problems since we have been using it and we hope it stays that way. We didn't feel like the cost would justify our needs.

Not, I don't know why existe a Premium level for support if we paid the same in order to hava a service. It is starting to be a discrimination scale of business?
I don't understand the point. Why would exist such a service? It is not a Disney park. Is a business plateforme

No, our company does not need to purchase the premium support because the standard offering is sufficient in getting all of our particular needs or issues resolved. The support staff is almost always quick to respond and very knowledgeable in the product. The greatest thing about the Procore support is their openness to feedback and ideas for new tools or features that will help all of their users.

I was not involved with this process but I do not believe that the specific company in which I am employed purchased the premium support to which this question is referring to. However we have dedicated information technology employees who are able to assist us with our questions and help get answers when they do not know the specific answer. So it was not worth the money.

The support team at Procore is second to none! I've had support on live chat well after normal business hours and they were nothing bt friendly, helpful and you could tell that they wanted to see the problem resolve itself as well. Even when I was ready to throw the towel in, they persisted and we were able to resolve my issue. Solid team with strong CSR skill sets.
