Navisworks - FANTASTIC. Love it. Helps me create RFIs from coordination issues and gives the field team easy and navigable access to the 3D model.
Holobuilder - Perfect for using when needing to view the current status of construction when you're not onsite. I use it during BIM coordination to confirm what I picked up in laser scans.

We are integrated with Sage 300 CRE and Docusign. The accounting dept being linked with Procore has created a seamless transfer of information. Our material procurement process is a perfect example of being able to do all aspects right in Procore. The material ordering is done in the form tool by field workers on their mobile devices. Then it is emailed to the Purchasing Agent. The PA sends an email out of the form submitted to all the vendors for pricing. Once a price is received, the PA creates a commitment and exports the PO to Sage 300 CRE through the ERP HH2 system. The accounting dept receives the information in Sage without any paper exchanging hands.

We have replaced the financial management side of Procore with CMiC. Previously we had been using Procore in conjunction with Viewpoint (Vista) but we switched largely due to the issues surrounding ERP data back and forth. When there were errors or problems synching, in my opinion, it took too long to get them fixed.

Our company has integrated Procore with Sage 300. It has been interestingly useful to see how the modules interconnect and allow information to be available to all users in real-time (in most cases). It has been especially useful for the Payable Accounts department and the registration of supplier billings.

SAGE - This allows our accounting team and project teams to be in sync with our financials daily. By integrating, we can have a real-time view of where our projects stand and ensure accuracy.

DocuSign - Being able to send out contracts, change orders, or invoices via DocuSign is a game changer. While it's a little clunky with having to add fields, the ability to house all the information in one place makes an enormous difference.

Outlook tasks is the only plugin we are using currently. This allows us to generate a field task from an email without having to duplicate work. An example would be the customer saying, "we need to add XYZ to the current job". Rather than copying that information into Procore and creating a task we can click a button in Outlook from the email and it creates one automatically. Very handy since many of the changes we get are via email and provides chain of custody.

We've integrated docusign with Procore and this is very helpful when filling out contracts. Contracts get sent through docusign and can be signed by all parties and are saved right back into Procore when finished. Procore and docusign also have options to send out automatic emails, letting the signers know that their document is ready to be signed. This process is very efficient and the two programs work seamlessly together.

Our accounting software is integrated and has some shortcomings due to the accounting software side. We also use the DocuSign integration which can be a bit clunky and inefficient but still results in [a] faster turnaround of documents.

Sage 100 - Procore reports most information to Sage which allows AP/AR departments to continue to process all billings and follow up as needed. However, Sage 100 has limited data points that are reported back to Procore, so unless human data entry is utilized, it never makes it back to the construction team.

DocuSign. All of our signatures, albeit Subcontract, Change Order, Submittals are done through DocuSign. When we finalize these tasks, the system automatically groups the coversheet and all attachments into a single pdf for signature. Acumatica. We are currently developing our own integration between Procore and Acumatica. There has been a transition between and Acumatica-built and Procore-built integration, but the Procore-built one is not ready in our opinion.

We use StructionSite for the photos and reporting on site for the projects, it allows us to use a 360 camera for uploading photos and report. <br>We dont actually use any other integrated software with procore, but i know Procore has a lot of 3rd party integrations that could help on projects.
