Procore offers 24/7 assistance and I think this takes away having any issues.
Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why
I'd like to see more efficiency in the use, allowing sorting, field selection, sizing, etc.
It is intuitive and easy to use both at the office and in the field. Permission management and proper adding of contacts is the only cumbersome part. With folks could enter others in their office at their permission or below, or that folks who want access could prefill the fields for acceptance.
If procore is progressing the way they started, then I have no doubt about it's greatness.
Easy to use and the training provided free of charge is topnotch
It was easy for all level to learn and use
Intuitive and logical. The app is easy to navigate and doesn't utilize an overly complex menu system. I wish the drawing markups tool was more robust since it is the primary tool for the field.
I have non "techie" guys in the field who are using Procore on a regular basis and look to Procore for the updated information they need. Instead of phone calls they are able to get what they need right off most of the time.
For a computer literate person it's fine. But it can prove to be a little tougher for someone without computer skills. That can be said about most software though.
You must first learn in depth how to use each module. Once the time and preparation is taken to learn the product, users can become very effective in using the technology in the field.
Its very intuitive and does so much for the end user
I had the hope that the mobile application would have the same usability as the desktop. Both have been difficult to navigate and master with the mobile being exponentially more difficult.
We use Procore for everything to run a project. However it is bothersome to download a document to add a text if needed.
After using procore our company went from $3.5 million bid limit to unlimited. In part thanks to using procore.
From the web interface to the mobile app it is a consistent interface and tools are similar.
It requires an initial learning period to figure out all the features but overall usability is good.
Maybe a tablet would be better in the field.
Because Procore is the best
There are some aspects that could be improved but overall its very good.
It is easy to use for individual projects, it takes a while to get a whole company working on it
Software is incredibly user friendly
I'm just not a fan of how change orders are set up (PCCO's) and some reporting. Otherwise I think its a fantastic system.
Overall i think the program is very user friendly. It has great how to videos on each area to walk you through exactly how to do everything. It also has a great app which lets you us this tool on the go and in the field, which in our industry is huge.
While highly functional and usable for all the staff. There are times where we have to log in and out, or close in / out of project function while in the field to update.
Procore offers ease of use, great training, winning customer support and constant improvements and upgrades to make the system better.
