Procore has some of the fastest support request responses that I have ever worked with. Not only do they respond quickly, they usually have issues addressed and resolved almost immediately. The support for Procore software is some of the most impressive that I have ever experienced and one of the major factors in our continued use of their program.

Often times the response is either a link to a support article (which more often than not I have already looked at for help), or it is something that the support member can not immediately answer and so it goes moved up the chain, where the fate of a response is inconsistent.

Procore Support overall is great! There is one key flaw in their current UserVoice system, where users post ideas to be voted on for consideration and developement. The issue here is that votes are counted as 1 per company. When an issue is a major pain to a larger organization, there could be upwards of 200+ users struggling in a certain area, however all votes from this organization would only count as 1.

The support team at Procore is fantastic. They have always listened to their users. When we started using it back in 2017, they didn't have a subcontractor option. You had to get it all or nothing. They listened and eventually developed options for subs. They send out polls and questionnaires on what you'd like to see or change how something works.

The Procore support staff is fast, knowledgeable and always willing to help no matter what size issue. The greatest thing about the Procore support is their openness to feedback and ideas for new tools or features that will help all of their users. These features get rolled out quite often and make the platform even better.

The online chat always gives me fast attention for my issue. They don't always have a fix for what I need to do - I work in the Coordination and Model modules most of the time and I know that they're still fleshing those out - but they always offer to create a post for me in the forums to see if others are having the same problem and then they'll know if it's a hot issue.

I give the overall support of Procore a 8 for a few specific reasons. I do not have much experience using the support but in the few cases in which I needed to reach out to support it was very easy to simply go into a chat window, type my question, and get an answer pretty quickly.

It's a simple answer. Because their CSR team is on top of their game! There is no waiting for hours or days, no wondering if they got your email or not. They have a great system together over there and their team is all oriented to the same end goal.

PROCORE is constantly improving and adding features based on user requests/information and conversation. With constant change and the vast number of tools and ability of the platform, it is difficult for one person to be an expert rendering support on all tools equally. The support platform however does allow for quick assistance for that initial contact if they are not up to speed on a recent change. The team overall is wonderful!

I have had issues with Procore which after connecting to an agent, they were able to access my computer to help me. Afterwords they emailed me our chat session for future reference.

Procore does have a feedback forum where you can suggest new or modified functionality. They also have support chat that you can utilize to get immediate responses.

The feedback forum is great, but sometimes it feels like the development is slow or stalled on suggestions.

The chat function is pretty good and the reps are knowledgeable. If they are unable to answer my question they follow-up through email very quickly. I am very satisfied with Procore's support.

As a Procore customer you are also assigned to a Procore Customer Success team. I haven't had to reach out to them very much, but if I need to escalate an issue they are always available.

I don't give support a 10 because of the slow or ambiguous responses I have received through the feedback forum.

Procore also provides a "community" forum where you can reach out to other users to answer any questions you might have.
