Creating Purchase Orders for multiple site locations so that there is only one point of purchasing. This streamlines the order process, helps the vendors so there are minimal points of contact. We also use it to help with the finances and track how much had been spent to stay within budget.
  • Product catalog.
  • Approval routings.
  • PO Punch-out for some vendors.
  • Ability to have concurrent budgets open for different years.
  • Inventory capability.
  • Switch items on a requisition to a catalog item before cutting the PO.
The end-user experience is fantastic. It's super easy to use, has very clear instructions on how to use the product and the training is minimal for new users. Customer service has always been great and Procurify listens to the end-user to help make improvements along the way. Large companies that are looking for inventory management and more robust experience with purchasing and details for using multiple vendors for the same product are probably not going to find it robust enough.

We have automated many functions but our best project was automating the purchasing process. Prior to Procurify, we used spreadsheet templates for every purchase, then these were signed off on various levels, then would then need to be retyped into a PO, retyped into accounting to pay bills and there was no clean way to monitor the process.<br><br>With Procurify, requesters choose items from a catalog or input a one-time purchase. Approvals are routed to approvers (I approve on my mobile phone anywhere in the world). PO's are then auto-created and sent. Purchasing marks item arrivals (which are auto-sent to requesters). Bills are matched against what has actually arrived. Bills are then imported into Quickbooks for payment. Could not be better!<br><br>Thank you Procurify!

  • Would like automation of bill import in Quickbooks Desktop so that I am not involved in the process. But, that being said, it is not difficult to import.
If you have a manual purchasing process today and are having difficulty tracking requests and orders and ensuring that bills are accurate and paid on time, you will love Procurify.

Procurify is being used across the organizations management team. It is used to request purchases, approve purchases, and transfer to QuickBooks for posting and paying bills. It was implemented to stop passing folders around for manual approvals after purchases are made, and bring the approvals to the front end. Also, to centralize with 1 purchasing agent for company.
  • Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
  • Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
  • Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.
  • Not requiring a budget to start the new year. We never have our budgets ready by 1/1.
  • Easier to add new locations, as we are fast growing property management company. We set up locations for each property.
  • Easier to export / import to QuickBooks.
Procurify is well suited for Purchasing approvals, and Expense Reimbursement Approvals. The app made it effortless to request for expense reimbursements.
