Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I selected Planview ProjectPlace over its competitors for a number of reasons. Firstly, I found that it offered the most robust set of features and tools for managing and tracking projects. It has a wide range of customization options, which has been especially useful for my business. Additionally, I appreciate the strong focus on team collaboration and communication, which has been a big asset for my organization. In terms of where it excels against its competition, I have found that it is particularly strong in terms of its ability to manage complex projects and support remote work. It has a range of tools for keeping teams connected and on track, even when they are not in the same location, which has been a big advantage for my business. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to choose it and would recommend it to others looking for a comprehensive project management and collaboration tool.

It offers a simpler alternative that's easier to manage by the less tech-savvy people. I also think that Planview Projectplace has managed to keep the product updated compared to other project management tools. Miro is perhaps the one that comes to mind, but while evaluating, we saw fewer issues with Planview Projectplace. Overall, the decision came down to the project manager, that had previous experience and recommended the product.

For me, using a product from a smaller company is better because I know that there will be a focus on improving it, unlike, for example, Microsoft products that can be discontinued at any moment.

I like both Trello and Planview Projectplace. I think that Planview Projectplace lends itself to being used for larger companies and more in-depth tasks. I like Trello more really because of its ease of use and user interface.

Projectplace has many similar features in terms of conversations, document storage, and timesheet tracking. However, I think where it offers improved performance is in use of Kanban boards to promote more agile project environments over a waterfall type environment. I also enjoy the analytics of Projectplace where I can generate specific boards as overview charts, project overview stats, etc.

Most of these others don't have many of the features that are available in Planview Projectplace. The agile methodology is in a true sense covered by Planview Projectplace, not by Asana nor Wrike. In Confluence, one has to link up with Jira for full functionality, but in Projectplace that is not the case. We can also integrate other software with Planview Projectplace and they work well with it, but that is not so with the above-mentioned tools.

As already mentioned, Planview Projectplace includes both Kanban board and Gantt charts which is quite uncommon feature on the market. Very often it is a matter of personal taste regarding which software solution suites all our needs in the most complete way, but based on our involvement Planview Projectplace really has it all.

[In my experience] Jira is more refined, better looking, and easier to become familiar with. Also, the massive market share of Jira helps in consultancy as you can switch between clients easily. Projectplace has many powerful tools but so does Jira, and Jira integrates with our suite of software much easier compared to Projectplace.

Microsoft Project has more features than Planview Projectplace but can be a bit difficult to get used to. I find that Projectplace is a balance between Asana and Microsoft Projects in terms of features. Projectplace shines in its ability to handle large projects better han Asana would, whereas Microsoft Project is the standard for enterprise project management.

The price made it impossible for us to select Projectplace as a long-term solution so it was quickly discarded. But the main issue was really the lack of support for more complex agile methodologies. We were unable to really work within a pure SAFe or Scrum framework since the solution seemed to be taking more of a waterfall approach with Kanban boards on top.

Planview is providing better services than GanttPRO. The user feedback to improve Planview Projectplace and constantly do monthly updates is a strong benefit of the software that I felt. I also found the software more effective and efficient when it comes to the planning of tasks and schedules. Other than that, the schedule overview is quite helpful and user-friendly.

Planview Projectplace is a better platform for project management. It helps in improving on the complex cycle of undertaking arranging and execution for better utilization. It's online and this works on its use permitting admittance to its abilities anyplace whenever. It has hurried the cycle of task execution in our association other than further developing our prosperity rate.

While I am familiar with a lot of other tools available in the market, my recent experience with Planview Projectplace tools was very positive.
Gantt charts and reports are the best features of the tools, as they help you present your work in a more engaging way. It performs very well in Agile environment

Compared to other collaboration tools, Planview Projectplace helps reduce [the amount of] emails and meetings since it allows us to directly collaborate within the tool. It assures visibility across teams, plus document management is very valuable. The review process is simplified and flexible. The only pain point compared to other providers is that the payment of the license is yearly instead of monthly.

Planview Projectplace is a comprehensive project management application compared to its competition. I have used Trello & Basecamp their user interface is a bit easy compared to Projectplace. Also, they offer integration with some relevant applications. Their pricing is also flexible as compared with Planview Projectplace. But, Planview Projectplace's reporting and collaboration features are better than the rest.
