Everything on this software is easy and accessible. Features that are responsive to different commands allow easy and quick services production using Planview Projectplace. It is being actively used, and as far as I know, it was managing ten projects at the same time successfully. Boards are helpful for communication about particular tasks, and prioritization allows flexibility when it comes to actually accomplishing them. Web-based functionality also makes it significantly easier to manage from an admin perspective, whereas for other products, we'd see new versions being loaded. Data is secure in the software, and closing the project seems to be easier.

Based on our use case, Planview Projectplace has been a great asset for us but it was more successful because of its integration with Enterprise One. Because of this initial success, the user base grew organically (doubled and tripled in very few months) across the organization. Another great thing about it is the ease of access that eliminated the need of an internal training tool.

I find it very usable due to its simplicity in design when it comes to the conversations and board tools, as well as its easy access through the mobile app. I also like that I can customize my alert and report selections to fit my needs. I appreciate that the document section is easy to upload to as well as to lock, review, and sign.
