We have been using Prophix for a little over three years. The implementation team was great to work with. They understood the capabilities of Prophix and how to incorporate it with our needs. Once we were up and running the customer service team was a great resource to bounce questions off.

The European presence is smaller than North American presence, smaller customer-base and support team here. But this aspect is improving and they are expanding their global reach. As a whole they remain very responsive to feedback and suggestions and their product and overall service are constantly improving. We are a satisfied customer.

We've had positive and negative experiences. The consultants that assisted us in the cloud migration were not helpful and often condescending. It really felt like we were responsible for knowing everything about the back end of Prophix in order to have a successful migration - instead of Prophix being the experts and leading us to success.

The initial support provided through the on-site implementation consultant is priceless. This person literally helps build your system from scratch. Once that is complete the online support is very easy to use and they reply within a few hours or a day depending on when you put the support ticket. Once they reach you and discuss your issue they are very helpful in getting it resolved in a timely fashion.

Availability of outstanding consultants and excellent support from the prophix help desk and other contacts within prophix has been top notch. They are an excellent company to work with and genuinely care about their clients.

I've worked with multiple support people at Prophix and they are easily the most knowledgeable and helpful support team of any partner we work with. They are usually quick to respond and diligent about finding a solution to our issues. Prophix also has a feedback forum where you can submit ideas, and vote on others' ideas as well. If an idea gets enough votes, Prophix will consider adding it to their software, and has done so many times. That's pretty great!

We are still in touch with the consultant who helped my company implement complex forecasting models. This models are very specific and it helps that we have every possible person on the job if something needs to be changed. Their support team has a quick response and are pleasant to work with.

I find a lot of times we require a ticket the answer we get is "that is how the system works, or the system can't do that" etc. We moved to 64bit machines years ago and it took Prophix forever to catch up. The system was not stable and would crash regularly and the support group simply said it is not compatible yet. I never received an update about when it was I had to keep looking until finally I found they fixed it.

No one ever answers the customer support line, it always goes directly to voicemail. Sometimes when you are corresponding with a representative by email after you've submitted a ticket online, their answers are not very clear. It seems as though every representative is always in a rush, even though you've been forced to schedule a time to get assistance. There is no such thing as instant help with Prophix. The one time I was able to get someone on the phone, they requested that I submit a ticket online because their shift was ending in 5 minutes and didn't want to get stuck on the phone with me.

Their CSP package has been very helpful to us. If we have a question or problem that we cannot figure out we simply put in a support ticket, line up an appointment with a member of the CSP team, talk through the question or problem, and in every case so far we have resolved our question or problem.

Prophix is extremely responsive to questions and requests. Sometimes it can be difficult to get across exactly what we're trying to achieve, but they've been willing to work with us in every scenario. Not everything went smoothly in our transition to the cloud environment, but they never gave up and eventually were able to fully implement the cloud-based application. I also really appreciate their dedication to holding a virtual conference this year. The information gained at the conferences is always a huge help to further our use of Prophix.
