Reliable equipment, excellent support, stable performance and excellence in addition to simplicity in use are preponderant factors for continuity in the use of PURE equipment. Cost is a possible negative element.

I have renewed this and will continue to. This system does the work we ask it to do. I am very pleased as is my team. This is as close to a perfect on-premises storage system as you can get and the value is off the charts. I would purchase additional ones and continue the support.

We have already renewed our first round of evergreen upgrades and plan to continue doing so for the forseeable future. The array's have been bullet proof and with the evergreen upgrade the controllers are able to keep up with the newest technologies. (NVMe, etc.)

With the Evergreen program, we can upgrade (and we have upgraded all of our FlashArrays at least once) without downtime for the customers. This allows us to avoid "forklift" upgrades and provide our customers the best technology and limited disturbance to their environments.

I give 9 points because we are very satisfied with Pure Storage, its become Core to our infraestructue because we found performance, support and costs that helps on our needs and we think that they are in the right way over the competitors and if they keep like this it would be very difficult to change to another competitor
