QAD GTTE is scalable and extensible, and integrates with existing ERP and WMS solutions. Global Trade Compliance: provides tools to maintain a trade compliance program for any type of shipment — domestic, international, import or export. Users can automate and audit processes and business rules to ensure due diligence with in-country regulatory programs or cross-border customs requirements.

Import Management: automates and executes processes associated with clearing imports through customs authorities. The solution offers specialized tools to assist enterprises to ensure compliance with complex trade laws and automate critical import activities.

Export Management: automates export processes. With QAD GTTE, exporters ensure that all export processes, including trade compliance, shipping and documentation requirements, are met.

Restricted Party Screening: With QAD GTTE’s Restricted Party Screening capabilities, companies can automate compliance screening to perform due diligence, stay up-to-date with denied parties lists (DPLs) and create audit-ready electronic reports. Trade content changes are issued daily to ensure users are kept up-to-date with the latest content data from ever-changing government DPLs.

QAD Foreign-Trade Zone: was developed in collaboration with consultants and FTZ practitioners with real world operational experience to create a user-friendly and customizable FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS). QAD FTZ aims to ensure compliance with FTZ regulations while lowering FTZ administration costs.

QAD Free Trade Agreement: determine FTA eligibility of goods under any agreement recognized by the World Trade Organization. The solution simplifies the soliciting, creating and managing all required FTA documentation. FTA origin determination is done in real-time and the Rules of Origin always use the latest master data to ensure the most up-to-date costs and material quantities are included in the analysis.

Transportation Execution: QAD GTTE Transportation Execution is a global, multi-carrier shipping solution designed to manage both inbound and outbound shipments, providing centralized control and visibility throughout the shipment execution process. Users can rate, route, produce labels, manifest and manage levels of service for any mode of shipment.

Desktop Shipping: QAD GTTE Desktop Shipping is a small package shipments solution for mailroom and non-production shipping. QAD GTTE Desktop Shipping includes capabilities for transportation execution, multi carrier parcel shipping, export management, global trade compliance and global documentation.

Delivery Exception Management: QAD GTTE Delivery Exception Management (DEM) offers visibility into all inbound and outbound shipments from the time of carrier pick-up through to delivery. QAD GTTE DEM provides multi carrier status information about packages in-transit with exception alerts for packages at risk of missing delivery dates.

Freight Bill Audit and Pay: QAD GTTE Freight Bill Audit & Pay (FBAP) helps companies gain visibility and control into the auditing of freight bills. FBAP identifies consolidation opportunities, to help cut unnecessary shipping costs. FBAP also automates the auditing of invoices for both high volume and low volume shippers. The solution’s functionality is capable of processing, checking and reconciling high volume carrier invoices that are hundreds of pages long and include tens of thousands of line items.
