Qrvey has become a valuable tool for organizations looking to empower their customers with easy-to-use analytics capabilities. Users have praised Qrvey for its comprehensive and powerful features that allow them to build customized dashboards and charts without the need for a dedicated data analysis team. The low-code visual representations and automated ETL process offered by Qrvey have significantly increased customer engagement around dashboard usage. Additionally, organizations are able to deliver embedded analytics within their multi-tenant SaaS application, providing advanced features like adhoc reporting and email subscriptions to reports. Customers appreciate the self-serve analytics and reporting options made possible by Qrvey, as it allows them to access and manipulate their data as desired. Furthermore, Qrvey proves useful for B2B SaaS customers who require a more flexible ad hoc reporting platform, offering better access to their data and empowering them with robust analysis capabilities. Overall, users find Qrvey to be a user-friendly and powerful solution for generating insights and delivering in-depth reports.

Helpful Support Team: Several users have found Qrvey's support team to be extremely helpful, with reviewers praising their responsiveness and knowledge. They appreciate the assistance provided by the support team during implementation in complex SaaS environments.

Full Suite of Analytics: Many users appreciate that Qrvey offers a comprehensive suite of analytics, which they consider unique in the field. Reviewers value the ability to go beyond basic charts and dashboards and access an analytics authoring interface for more advanced analysis.

Quick Determination and Implementation of Solutions: A number of users highlight Qrvey's quick determination and implementation of potential solutions. They commend the company for its efficiency in resolving issues promptly, enhancing their overall experience with the product.

Confusing Pricing Model: Some users have found the pricing model of Qrvey confusing, as it is based on the amount of data pushed into the platform and includes a multiplier for data replication. This complexity makes it difficult for users to predict the cost accurately.

Complexity at Scale: Several reviewers have mentioned that managing Qrvey implementations becomes more complex as user count and data volume scale up. This increased complexity can pose challenges in terms of administration and maintenance.

Lack of Customization Options: Users have expressed a desire for more customization options in terms of themes, styles, and granular permissions within widgets. They feel that Qrvey could benefit from providing greater flexibility to tailor the platform according to specific needs.

I managed the implementation and maintenance of Qrvey-based analytics as an embedded module in another software product. Qrvey is an ideal tool for the embedded analytics use case, as almost every component of the solution can be embedded, either as an iFrame or as a script element that adds the appropriate component directly to the page. In our use case, the customer was looking to embed surveys, analytics, and a chart builder directly into their web app.
  • Embedded charts and surveys.
  • Workflows or automations based on new data or alerts.
  • Integrated surveys and analytics.
  • Merges between heterogenous datasets can occasionally be problematic
  • The dashboards/pages are already very powerful, but more interactive elements would always be welcome.
  • The administration of a Qrvey instance and underlying datastore can sometimes be complex, but the Admin app helps make this a smooth process.
Qrvey is an excellent solution for AWS-based customers looking to add embedded analytics functionality. It is cloud-native and good at scaling. There are BI solutions with greater depth in particular areas (chart types, custom metrics), but Qrvey has an unmatched level of customizability for embedded use cases. Many APIs are also exposed and documented, making them easy to integrate into a data ecosystem.
  • The ability to embed a chart builder, not just charts.
  • The ability to keep data in our own AWS account instead of sending it to a 3rd party server for charting.
  • Row-based filtering based on account permissions.
  • In one implementation, Qrvey helped our customer quickly achieve feature parity with competitors, reducing churn.
Qrvey isn't just an analytics tool or a survey tool. It's a one-stop-shop for surveys, analytics, and automation. If you need all or most of this functionality, Qrvey can be a better solution than standing up three tools and getting them to work well together. Looking at just analytics, Qrvey is excellent for embedded analytics on AWS. If you need to put a chart or a chart/dashboard builder in your website or web app, Qrvey makes this process very straightforward.

We need an analytics platform that we could host ourselves and distribute embedded visualizations within our platform. Qrvey made sense for us as it leverages the AWS environment which we are very familiar with and is extremely easy to deploy. The added bonus of having workflow automation and other power features made it a no-brainer.
  • The platform deploys to our AWS instance which gave us the ability to manage ourselves
  • The feature of easily embedding visualizations into other applications
  • The powerful features like workflow automation
  • Nothing at the moment
For our use case, its hands down the ability to embed visualizations onto our platform. We have an intelligence platform that provides different types of insights that follow a specific user flow. We need a platform that could not only visualize our data but help automate our data processing workflows. Other analytics platforms that we have used in the past make it extremely difficult to do the same thing.

  • Visualization distribution
  • Workflow automation
  • Improve data communication
  • Improve workflow efficency
  • Meet security requirements
