Planet Pres This software was by far inferior to Quadient Inspire in both user friendliness and processing power. It also has a lot more scope in the software to grow into other avenues where as planet Pres is just a document composition software. As your organisation grows you can buy add ons to suit the business needs from QQuadient Inspire such as scaler. The only downside is that Quadient Inspire is more expensive to purchase.

Previously we used Objectif Lune's PlanetPress suite. A few years ago, when I first became aware of it, this appeared to revolutionise the possibilities when compared to what went before. But now there has been a similar quantum leap thanks to Quadient Inspire. The intuitive methodology of the workflow, precision of the options within the modules, processing power and speed, plus the excellent degree of support offered in the University makes this a vast improvement and has enabled us to offer much more to our clients than would have been possible before.

  • Quadient Inspire
For the past 5 years, I have been consistently using Quadient Inspire products for customer communication management. The best part of Quadient products is the easy GUI which makes it easy even for non-technical users. And Quadient has a knowledge-sharing site called Quadient University in which developers from around the world can interact with each other and share questions in the community.

Quadient is more powerful [than] them. Because Quadient Inspire uses all inbuilt features and this is a full CCM service suite. There is very little need to integrate this tool with others for more features and advancements. This tool has better GUI than others and the support for this tool is very good. Documentation is very well defined. The amazing features make this tool lead CCM industry.

Quadient Inspire was used by a third-party supplier for document composition so the choice to use Designer and Interactive was set as we were bringing the function in-house. Adding CJM came afterward and a thorough review of the top 10 journey mapping software in the market was carried out. Other tools investigated were: SugarCRM, Transformation, Smaply, Mapovate, MaritzCX, SuiteCX, IBM Journey Designer, and Pointillist.

I believe that Inspire stacks up well against the other products I've seen. While others have some nice fancy features, I believe that Inspire is the complete package.

The breadth of the solution, in particular, allows you to cover many potential use cases in one solution with great interoperability. Integration with your other solutions is, however, likely to be the deal-breaker.

Back in the 2004-2005, I was working in Telecommunications company. We used Elixir Opus for our document composition. We ran into Quadient software (at the time it was called GMC PrintNet - version 4.5) and were simply amazed. It was unlike anything we have used before. All the problems we were facing with our previous software were easily taken care of in a matter of hours, sometimes even minutes. The whole implementation with full document migration was done in less than two months. Any by only two people! We never looked back from there.

This is my first product in this category and I believe my company selected Quadient Inspire because amongst all the other software available out there, this was the more suitable to our use, and the price is also affordable.

I have been using this solution since the beginning... and before that I used the previous incarnation... from Printnet 3, to Printnet T, to GMC Inspire Designer, to Quadient Inspire. One of the best things about this solution is that they are constantly evolving, which allows us to continue to evolve.

The above drop down would not allow me to pick the similar products that I have used previously.

Planet Pres :
Good in its time. Now very slow compared with Quadient.

Compart:
As quick... If not slightly quicker than Quadient. This does not counteract how difficult this software is to use. It has no GUI interface and even advanced programmers struggle to use it.

Both of these products are inferior to Quadient when it comes to implementing within a normal organisation.

Having used the legacy platform EMC xPression (now part of OpenText Exstream) the extra functionality of being both a data and composition tool reenforces the market leading stance that Quadient has held for the last 5 years.

The roadmap and focus on continuous improvement and regression testing for Inspire makes it a solid and easy choice for a long-term solution for an organisation.
