Quadient provides great support for all their slivers, platinum and any partners that associate with Quadient.
They provide support through e-mails, bots, calls and in-person meeting to put the customer's priority first on the list.
Along with this you can also access Quadient University where you can discuss your queries and can get resolved.

Not all level one support personnel are well versed in what [seems] to matter, they should have minimal cursory knowledge. Too often the issue needs to be escalated after having spent too much time with level one responding to questions when that input was provided with the initial incident reporting.

Every person I've interacted with at Quadient support, from the specialists who helped us design our solution to the tech support team who fields my panicked emails, has been superb. They're knowledgeable, fast and dedicated. I've had show-stopping, catastrophic errors resolved in minutes and extremely complex never-before-seen issues resolved quickly. They know what they're doing and they don't stop until your problem is solved, often without the tiresome back and forth you see from other vendors. They get your problem fixed right the first time.

Quadient Support is always available to answer questions and quickly determine issues and are very knowledgeable about the products they support. I also like having an assigned representative from support as having that consistent customer experience from support is also very helpful, although each support person I have worked with has been super friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall Quadient team is very responsive and willing to come to the table and provide valuable information and resolution for problems. What tier of support you have would defiantly impact the experience you have. Had some challenges with a few members of the support team , but when brought up with the vendor it was quickly resolved.

Anytime we have reached out to support they have helped to solve any issues that we have encountered. The trainers have been great when we have had onsite and remote. They have done a great job of giving examples to specific issues we have encountered with jobs.

Although I do like the simplicity of creating a ticket simply by sending an email, I would like the ability to view the progress of an issue (including multiple tickets from my company) in a tool designed for this purpose. I likely support more of the minor requests personally before they are sent as support requests. But those that go do go out as tickets are difficult to manage unless someone includes me on the request. I am not in favor of more emails. So a tool would be best for me. I do enjoy the robust nature of university.quadient.com. This is a fantastic resource for myself and others at RRD. I would like a more structured and scheduled way to review the underlying architecture and a way for us to map that for review as well as a way for Quadient to present how modifications to this architecture could benefit our production.

There is only one location you can get support; you simply cannot just ask on random forums as no one uses this software outside of the world of print. You have to go to the website but there are some people on there that are so knowledgeable it is scary! Never had a problem getting an answer to what I need.

Great staff who are really passionate and knowledgeable about the solutions. They have people who want to understand your companies requirements and help create solutions that fit your needs and improve your business. However, sometimes it can be hard getting in contact with the right person and as they are often busy it can sometimes take a while for people to respond to you.

Quadient Support has been by-and-large highly responsive to our inquiries, and extremely patient with your various use-case specific technical problems. We have identified several bugs over the years that have always received prompt hot fixes that we could deploy into production to resolve our problems. The only negative experience I have had with them so far was getting license files for a new build-out of our environment, however given the unusual nature of our contract and the request it was not unexpected.
