Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Qualia for easy contact with customers, easy ordering of title products. Using Qualia has allowed us to time manage more effectively and has allowed us to communicate more with our clients - keeping everyone in the know throughout the transaction. I would recommend Qualia to all title companies - it is honestly a superior product to any other.

Pros

  • Communication with clients and other members of the transaction
  • Ordering title products like lien searches, survey & title searches from one place
  • Maintain detailed record of each transaction

Cons

  • It would be nice to not be charged to order 3rd party products like lien searches & surveys. A Qualia fee is already paid per file.

Return on Investment

  • It has allowed team members to be more productive.
  • Qualia should charge an all in fee per transaction instead of charging per item ordered.

Cons

  • App only for customers- need app for agencies
  • Seller and Listing as titles vs Seller and Buyer
  • No way to adjust ledger for miscellaneous items

  • Intuitive

Cons

  • A few areas are a little difficult to change on the settlement statements and so we have to go in manually and make those changes.

Return on Investment

  • Very positive ROI as the program is inexpensive and really enhances productivity.
