Piper the AI SDR by Qualified now serves has our main chat resource for inbound traffic on the website. We no longer need to have SDRs be logged into qualified and can apply answers at any hour of the day. In addition, we use Piper the AI SDR by Qualified for closed lost nurture campaigns and for general no-MQL event follow-up.
Pros
- Piper the AI SDR is able to get a great understanding of all content and the website and can easily answer questions
- Piper the AI SDR does an excellent job doing outbound emails and many people replying reply as if she were a real person
- Piper the AI SDR does an excellent job qualifying new leads before booking demos
- Piper the AI SDR is able to easily route people to support
Cons
- Piper the AI SDR can get tripped up when someone asks a question we weren't prepared for. Example Does the webinar cost money? Of course not but we didn't specifically put anywhere that it doesn't, and she can get confused
- Piper the AI SDR can sometimes get overzealous and try do things she isn't able to like help someone download an ebook
- There are some trigger limitations for email but we are aware it is on the features roadmap
Return on Investment
- Piper the AI SDR has 10x the results we see from Closed Lost Nurture programs. She is able to reference closed lost reasons and we have had a number of positive responses to that campaign in just a few short months
- We are able to add greater meeting restrictions increasing trust with sales as we use the AI tool to get them meetings
- We are able to use Qualiifed to book meetings directly from our events getting us way ahead of the follow-up process
