With Qualified, evaluators can repeat sessions and estimate participants' thought processes, methods, and outcomes using the code playback tool. Qualified options make it easy for HR to develop and customize exams tailored to candidates' jobs and experience levels.

Most of our clients have problems with their lead time and inefficiency in lead management. A lot of budgets have been located for acquisition through digital channels and SEO, but once they are able to bring the leads to the landing page or website, they fail to convert them with the right engagement, time relevancy, and manner. Qualified helps to convert those leads right on the website with tools like qualifications questioning, lead capturing, meeting booking, etc.

Qualified is fairly easy to work with. It's interactive and easy to use for sales representatives. It may take some time to set up the journey and each experience through the builder. The analytic function enables users to optimize the experiences and implement improvements or testings. For us, the native integration is key to the adoption of Qualified being able to integrate it through AppExchange. The Customer Success team has been doing a great job since the exploration phase and throughout the onboarding.

Qualified has made communication very easy with the customers or clients. Using this tool has filled the communication gap and no opportunities are missed to get the business to widen. It has great features on voice calling which can be used in or out of the organization and it gives a wide range of expected output from customers. Using this tool helped to gain a better connection with customers which exceeds the business needs.

Being a part of the sales team I am the frontline user for Qualified. I am the one on our backend speaking to people on our website. I am able to provide them with my calendar, see what they are viewing on the website and transfer the conversation to another team member if needed.

What I love about Qualified is, unlike their competition, the product is 100% focused on the SDR experience. This isn't a marketing tool -even if marketers like me deploy and manage it. Qualified is a sales enablement platform that provides sales departments leveraging Salesforce with critical information during the buyer's journey:
  • Who is visiting the website?
  • What are they looking at?
  • What's the easiest way to contact them directly?
  • Are they on my target list and can I ensure my AE gets notified ASAP?
The UI is intuitive and requires little training to get started.

  • Clear insight into who is visiting your website and where.
  • Intuitive UI that SDRs will enjoy using vs dread using.
  • If you're a HubSpot shop, the experience will be limited.

Qualified makes it easier for SDRs to identify who is on their website, where the visitors are scrolling, what the visitors are doing, and if they are or are not ready to speak with sales. Arguably, other chat solutions are more about automation and providing unique paths to other portions of the website's content (e.g. Marketing stuff). Qualified has one goal: Qualify leads. Furthermore, their niche is Salesforce. Qualified is the only solution tailored and backed by Salesforce.

Qualified was used by the SDR team to capture website visitors and convert them to leads. When visitors are on the website, the SDR team will monitor the web pages that the visitor is browsing. If the visitors are on critical pages that signal that they are evaluating for new tools (pages such as pricing pages, data coverage/quality compared to other competitors), SDRs will engage with the right message in the chat bot.
  • Good insight into what product the prospect is interested in
  • Engage the prospect when they are at the researching phase and form a human connection
  • Know when prospects that you are actively targeting are on the website and use that in messaging
  • Distraction from other focused work, as the alerts are interruptive and you have to be ready to hop on a chat/call whenever
Qualified is not good for prospects with very complex territory assignments who prefer to engage with prospects on their own timeline. It is a good fit for companies that have an aggressive sales/SDR team that is ready to capture any lead at any moment. The SDR team should also have strong inbound focus.
