The software serves multiple purposes, including monitoring the health of websites and mobile apps, creating informative dashboards, analyzing statistics on website behavior, and identifying specific issues related to the customer experience. Having formal training on the tool, I would rate it a 10 - since I had training I find the tool extremely easy to use, I find it easier than some of the other traditional analytics tools - but overall rating of 8 because I know new users with no training can be confused at first on how to use the tool. Quantum Metrics provides numerous trainings and all reviews are recorded for easily viewing again or at a later time. It's best to have an in-house analytics person who can be your Quantum Expert for quick/small questions, but Quantum Metrics is extremely attentive and responsive whenever anyone on has reached out with a question.

Once you have identified the events interesting to you, it becomes quite easy to move through the recordings and even jump to the part of the recording relevant to you. Also sharing these recordings or more precisely the relevant part of a recording is done with ease.

Even though the tool is easy to use, there is still some training required. 80% of our user base wants to replay sessions, but about 20% are superusers that wish to use the tool to its full capacity. Quantum Metric provides various ways to provide support, but still, some training is necessary.

For a new user, it's pretty intuitive to onboard and start doing the basic functionalities. But QM has a lot of functionalities which can be leveraged by more team members (especially when you don't have analysts dedicatedly using this) if further enhancements to usability are made.

Needs some hand-holding initially as interface is unlike any other tool and might take a couple of days to become familiar with. However after learning a couple of tricks, it's smooth sailing and everyone in my team of 7 is able to use it seamlessly.

QM provides so much information. The information can almost always be accessed easily, but it can be overwhelming and there is a learning curve. Once you get a handle on how QM works, it becomes extremely useful and even fun. Sometimes the site is slow and because of this occasionally it takes a few attempts to do a task. Not all functions are available to all users and some features are still being rolled out. It would be beneficial to have easier access to some functions like this. It is also somewhat complicated to make changes to events. If you want to dive deeper into creating and tracking events/errors, you will need a more technical background or at least some training.

The dashboards, due to them being extremely customizable, are also a little complex. The usability of them is also something that needs some work. Despite that, the Customer Success team will make sure you are able to gather all the information you need, and assists you with training and examples of identified issues or opportunities.

There is a LOT of information and data the tool provides, the organization is clean but can be overwhelming. Omni Search functionality is helpful though. Date range selection operates differently than our other tools, which can lead to making a mistake selecting dates - not the end of the world but just something that trips me up occasionally.
