Quantum Engages at ALL Levels!
I had zero desire to use another service based on the reputation of Quantum and my experiences with working with them in the past.

First time was free--but I will definitely purchase in the future!
I had used SurveyMonkey in the past with another employer several years ago. The survey questions used were not great and did not measure what it is we were looking to obtain. At that time, it was also not really user-friendly, but again, this was awhile ago so I am sure they have updated their software since then.
Quantum was provided to us free (basic use) from our chamber--which is why we used it. However now that I have experience with Quantam, I will definitely use it again.

An Engaging, Engagement Survey!
We had not used another product previously. We did use a 5 question employee satisfaction survey that was much like an employee NPS. But found these surveys did not provide us with actionable information. Quantum Workplace measures the areas we are interested in and provides us with feedback we can act on.

Quantum Workplace's TeamPulse Engagement Survey Does the Job
We selected Quantum Workplace for three primary reasons:
- Greater database of survey responses from more organizations and employees (strong benchmark universe)
- Automated tools to create department level executive summary presentations
- Prior experience with Quantum via Best Places to Work survey
And, finally, the pricing was very competitive, although not necessarily the lowest.

Improve your organization engagement
We have used the Gallup Q12 before. Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys allow you to select questions you would like to use. This way you can focus on areas you would like instead of just using a survey that does not have any customization. You can also change the questions asked every year you use the survey.

Why I love Quantum

Quantum Workplace allowed us to make the survey [they way] we wanted and at the same price. The ability to make the survey fit our needs was huge. We selected Quantum Workplace for this reason. Also because we felt comfortable with our rep Clay.
