Not having to store it locally was our largest determining factor, followed closely by its ability to be much more scalable than our Excel spreadsheets it replaced could ever dream to be.

When we deployed QB with one of our clients with over 150 users we provided training exactly once (over 10 years ago). Why? The application required as much skill as making a purchase from Amazon so there was no need for further training. Having a cloud solution meant that staff can work from anywhere and there was no software to install, update and maintain.

In some of our appication we use QuickBase as database as it stores the data in cloud which is full of security and encrypted. For integration we use QuickBooks online accounting application to syn the data in QuickBase and genearate different reports and charts on high leval basis on QuickBase.
