Quick, Easy and Efficient
- Editing
- form rule, it becomes monster when you want to do something complex, very hard to use
- customized page, using CDN is the only way, very hard to load local supporting libs
- control the UI. Homepage and forms are hard to control since there is no API nor function provided.
- New report view and filters
- Kanban limitations

- When running a large report I find it cumbersome to move from page to page as the paging is only at the bottom of the screen. Please move the choice also to the top of the report.

I LOVE QuickBase and here is why...
- Form creation can be a bit cumbersome due to the UI of that feature.
- Setting up table-to-table relationships - even if you understand this, learning another system's terminology is challenging
- Seeing how your tables are connected - I really think there should be a better way to see what fields are available and how they are related.
- Knowing where to go for help. There are almost too many options: standard help, user community, knowledge base, feedback, personal support rep. . .

Real Experienced Insights of Quickbase !!
- Integrations without using paid 3rd party vendors e.g. Building integrations with.Net to communicate between QB and outside the system
- The relationship, Proxy Field. Impact of removing existing relation is an area where a new user has major confusion.
- Custom API code should have Intellisense where ever applicable
- Web Hooks Count limit is a problem/challenge

- Dynamic Form Rules: Unable to create the conditions and actions needed, or the logic is different than what you thought to make it happen
- Ability to manage reports by user (i.e. review reports - public and private - created by a former employee to verify it is still needed)
- Creating complex formulas to get desired data

- creating api forms for url buttons

Lots of Apps/empowered users
- Self inflicted problems like having too many roles and then trying to manage the permissions afterwards.
