  • Team members that work on cases and are in constant contact with all the people associated with each case.
  • Case managers that manage the workflow and output of the team.
  • Admins that manages everyone and basic human resource functions.

50 - We use Quickbase in a variety of functions from the beginning of the Project cycle to the end. We have our admin people doing data input and making phone calls. Our technical group managing technicians and on site work. Our accounting group doing billing. And all of that work is able to be managed and supervised by our project management and executive teams.

We track regional information, sales rep availability, training sessions, and inbound requests just to name a few. We have dozens of apps deployed and used daily.

25 - We are Public Health within Texas A&M University and the uses of QuickBase are many depending on the department but from what I have heard, it is used from the recruitment of student through going into the Alumni Association.

275 - Widely diverse set of users from accounting, engineering, construction field crews, survey, environmental, etc. We're using Quick Base to connect these very different groups together in a better means to centralize communication and information. Each group gets to customize Quick Base to meet their department specific needs while aggregating common information to allow interested parties see meaningful data.

7 - We are a small group within our org, but we consist of developers, designers, management, planners, and trainers. As a whole, we use the product to store documentation, create apps that help us manage and organize products, and share files as projects are being developed and designed. Overall, it has far exceeded what we need from a product.

150 - Sales: Allows us to track the leads process from beginning to end for both our agents and our sales team

Tier 1 Callbacks: Allows us to monitor the call backs that need to be scheduled with customers, allowing us to sidestep the limitations of our CRM.

Tier 2 Escalations: Allows us to track the calls that needed extra support to get resolutions!
