It is very easy to update the data and link the data in QuickBase and it is a great application for users to make applications based on their requirements.

Its very useful for building custom applications as per requirement, its simple to create application and we can also get help from the employees of Qbase when there is query for the same. The people are very helpful.
Its really good as per the needs of project we work on the same and we are not finding any difficutly as per our requiremnet to work in Qbase
Its like we have to integrate it once, once all is done we are set for our process and every thing will be automatically updated in the software.

Quick Base is currently being used in our company in the quotations department. We use it to organize jobs, and edit what is coming in.

I have had no issues with the way it functions in our department. I have enjoyed using it and navigating through it has been an easy process.
It has achieve in the organization part. tracking old documents and jobs.
I haven't used anything else similar to what Quick Base offers.

No issues with what we are using it for. Everything we put in has been very ease to find and input.
I would say it is very user friendly and easy to run through. No difficulties at all other then the one the system went down.

Training was really good. Everything was explain clearly and with demonstrations as well. Provided several modules as an exercise. Supervisor who was doing the training was very knowledgeable with the software. Functions were easy to navigate throughout the program. I left the whole training process know I can be efficient with the program and what it can provide to help our workflow and organization

We use it for many reasons in my department from image release and tracking to Alumni engagement in our many networking event around the country.
  • I have been using QuickBase for many years and I find this platform meets the vast majority of my needs in many different areas of my work.
  • Don't know if it have Geo Tracking yet or not but that is something that I foresee us needing in the future for tracking engagement.
This can be used from a simple database to complex tracking.
I have built many apps and am a certified app builder. The apps can be built very simple or very complex. That being said, you don't have to have a lot of experience to create apps but with experience you can create just about anything.
This is so much better than Access.

We are Public Health within Texas A&M University and the uses of QuickBase are many depending on the department but from what I have heard, it is used from the recruitment of student through going into the Alumni Association.
We do not have an IT department that is involved with QuickBase to provide in-house support.

  • Once I was introduced to the program and went to the conference, I started brainstorming about other functions that it could be used for. It was originally used from our Alumni Association database but I have implemented QuickBase into many of my functions at work.
  • I'm sure there are ways in the future that QuickBase can help that I haven't even though of yet. I have only been working with QuickBase for a couple of months and have thought of at least 8 different areas that QuickBase can help.
It is so versatile

The "On Demand" Training is an excellent source to learn specific areas within QuickBase

I haven't really gotten into the mobile interface very much but I am creating an app now that will use it often to track involvement of Alumni at our events.
The usability is outstanding.
Several departments have apps that are shared with each other because work areas cross so it helps make sure work is not doubled and we can all contribute to the project in the one app.
It is available when I need it especially with the mobile app.
I don't think that I have ever seen it slow down due to complex integrations.

We use Quick Base for internal and external purposes. Internally, we use it to manage the details of the employee and all the billing-related activities. Externally, we use it for our clients, for operation-related solutions and smooth business process.
  • Quick Base helps us with workflow-related activities.
  • Quick Base is a no-code or low-code application, so nontechnical people can also use it.
  • Quickbase application helps to send the email automatically to more than 200 people within one click
  • Quick Base is currently giving sync features to very limited applications where they should increase.
  • Quick Base is also giving facility for mobile applications but the summary report is not working there.
  • Quickbase need to improve on Dashboard side where we can see the dashboard professionally.
Quick Base is helpful where there are workflow-related activities, such as in an HR application. Here Quickbase is very much useful where can get rid off of spread sheet and we can see the data on real time basis.

We got desired outcomes as client is managing the calculation things on spreadsheet and not they managing all the things on Quickbase where they can get real time data
Yes. Quickbase help us in many ways in terms of internal and external clients too where we can manage the application fast and easily.
Quick Base is a low-code application, so it is easy to use for the nontechnical people. But sometimes, using the API there can be difficult.
Last week only I updated one of our client application as per their new requirement to add in the application and it went very good without any issue and client is also happy with it
This is application is full of security in terms of the data as it i using encryption on the database. As the Quick Base save the data on the cloud so there there will be no harm to data.
I have used Pipeline as it gives me two way integration i.e from Quickbase to Quickbook online and vice versa. Here recently we have also integrated Microsoft share point with Quickbase for automation process it is working very smoothly and effectively

Quick Base already is having a separate portal of providing training to customers and it is very easy to use and updates as per the new features added in to the application

  • Flexible reporting: easy to create reports that allow you to visualize the data in a number of formats on-the-fly
  • Data-entry: most reports can easily flip into 'Grid Edit' mode which allows for quick data entry from your view of the data
  • Application simplicity: it was straightforward to create an application and its underlying data. This required application expertise, but could be done by business users without heavy involvement from IT. This was a big perk for our organization.
  • Built-in email/alert engine: we used Quickbase to trigger notifications to certain users when data was added, changed, or deleted. This was fantastic to manage workflow.
  • Quickbase has an API; however it does require expertise to link 3rd party applications via this API. We liked the Quickbase interface so much, we built several integrations to marry the data in the QB platform for analysis.

Intuit Quickbase was used in my business to track Professional Services engagements as a project management tool. It replaced an archaic Access database that had been managed in house.
At that time, we evaluated BaseCamp and Primavera. Ultimately, we chose Quickbase due to the flexibility, ease-of-use, reporting capabilities, and cost.

Define application governance from the start. Only provide key users with the ability to create applications so that they don't get out-of-hand.

The online training was adequate. Intuit does a nice job of creating blog posts on training topics also.
We pulled in 3rd party data through the API.
Most support was handled via online resources. No live support staff was available. This is an area that Intuit could improve. Response was good online, but sometimes it is nice to speak with support staff directly.
The interface is intuitive. You can even sign-up for a 30 day demo directly from the website to test drive it.
I gave it a 10, but it should be a 9.99. They do a nice job of keeping the application running. The application can drag a bit when you have thousands of users accessing the application concurrently. We experienced this with large scale implementations.
Generally, Quickbase performed well.
