I do recommend QBO...for the right company fit
- Due to the complexity of the business, there is a lot of hoops to jump through that QBO does not handle well. The smaller, less complex business would have a greater ROI. We are bound by our license to use QBO.

- It is user-friendly enough to work internally instead of hiring an outside bookkeeper, thus saving us in that expense arena.
- It is convenient to give access to the books to our accountant to get annual taxes done.
- Being up able to upload copies of all documents, receipts, invoices, etc... allows us to shred hard copies and needing less space to accumulate paperwork in file boxes.
