We now have a system that allows us to process our purchase requests automatically and allows us to track and evaluate them in a systematic way. In addition, we use this system to track new seafood species added to our inventory as well as shipping statistics, import and export data.

Prior to implementing Quixy, we faced several issues in our day-to-day activities, particularly with a few divisions such as Survey. Survey Supervisors would find it difficult to manage hundreds of surveyors working onsite and maintenance and processing of data collected manually was a tedious task. We developed an end-to-end task management system to monitor the workforce in real-time and the automation of survey forms helped us in faster data collection and better decision making.

Using Quixy, we automated our processes related to Purchase, Stores, Quality Control & Assurance, Inventory Management, Attendance & Logistics departments.

In developing these apps, now there is integration across all departments from the start of material purchase to the dispatch of goods. Data access and transparency across all levels of the organization & departments is what I love about this whole process.

In pharma to be specific Quixy can be challenging to implement for BMR/ BPR's (doable but challenging)
