Prior to implementing Quixy, we faced several issues in our day-to-day activities, particularly with a few divisions such as Survey. Survey Supervisors would find it difficult to manage hundreds of surveyors working onsite and maintenance and processing of data collected manually was a tedious task. We developed an end-to-end task management system to monitor the workforce in real-time and the automation of survey forms helped us in faster data collection and better decision making.

Working with and regulating the employees across many site locations via email and phone calls is difficult in any industry. As a result, with the help of Quixy, real-time data could be auto-communicated and activities could be performed across remote locations within the departments, allowing the company to work more efficiently.

The platform Quixy has been adopted by almost all the departments within our organization. However, my review is confined to my experience in using this platform since last 2 years.Using Quixy, we developed applications to track the service requests and issues raised from our customers from different parts of the country. Prior to adopting Quixy, the team used to receive used service requests via different modes such as emails, chat support, telephone whatsapp etc. Tracking and assigning these services requests to the concerned personnel was the issue of the past. Quixy helped us in automating this process, the platform has made our lives easy by tracking the requests online and assigning it to the concerned personnel.

The adoption of Quixy as our digital transformation partner has helped employees to get rid of their tiring manual processes. Departments have adopted Quixy in a phased manner and automated their processes which helped in solving problems related to manual processes, paper-based approvals, telephonic-based decisions across various departments. In the past, keeping track or conveying company data required a concentrated effort from everyone in every area. Because of one person's absence or data processing issues, there could be several challenges arising for the entire firm, and everyone would have to put in a lot more time and attention than normal to get things done. After searching for the finest solutions to tackle the complexity of the operations and communications of business data by integrating the workflow across many departments such as SMD, RMHP, SMS, Sinter Plant and Blast Furnace, we were able to achieve the efficient and hassle-free workflow automation with the help of Quixy. Using Quixy, we automated our processes related to Purchase, Stores, Quality Control & Assurance, Inventory Management, Attendance & Logistics departments.
