We automated this workflow to our interest where the evaluation team can feed in with the information and a document is automatically generated with complete details to help the management easily understand the tender requirement.
  • Reports and Dashboard - Helped the team and management know the status of the bids submitted and the submissions which are in progress.

  • Purchase Management: Using Quixy we developed the purchase management application which helped the procurement team to receive quotations from multiple vendors and evaluate based on the parameters.
  • Customer Management: Our sales team has developed this app to capture customer information from various events and exhibitions and also from the site visits they make. We are no able to track the payments, documents or any other communication made with a customer through this app.
  • Material Movement: As a construction company we deal with the moving of material between multiple sites. Using Quixy, material movement can be tracked easily at all times.
  • The Map Controls feature within the app can be better.
  • The user communities and the online help content can be improved.
