Although not all of our engineers are needed to support Quotewerks, all of our engineers are trained in supporting it to the users. We just recently moved it from an old server to a hyperconverged system and it is running like a champ. Our engineers are certified in many areas, but no specific skills are required to support it.

IT skills and in our instance, CRM Consultants. However, if you can use a PC and are competent with Word or Excel, then it is really just a matter of training, like many software, you use just 20%, but do this on a regular basis

As consultants and developers, we have a rounded knowledge of all of QuoteWerks features to be able to advise and train Users on how to get the most from the software. From our clients point of view, they will often have a in-house 'software champion' to manage their internal first line support (usually, but not exclusively, someone with a technical background) that has helped set up the system initially.
