Our company uses rasa.io to replace the internal newsletters we'd done for years. Previously we were spending 6-8 hours per week with our newsletter production, with rasa.io we've covered that to just over an hour.
  • Automatically curates content for each news letter
  • Scrapes our weekly blog and adds the articles to the weekly newsletter
  • Automatically takes new contacts from our CRM and adds them to the distribution list
  • Cannot be edited easily from a tablet or mobile device. Desktop is needed
  • You have to be very precise when toggling articles or you'll hyperlink to another page
  • Would like to see more robust integration with Keap - specifically the ability to work with contact tags to add or remove recipients from the distribution list
For a small business wanting a way to send an affordable, weekly e-newsletter, rasa.io can't be beaten.
  • We get comments weekly about how much recipients like the newsletter
  • There's no solid way to accurately calculate ROI but we've noticed an uptick in the number of long-term nurture prospects that have become clients. All receive the rasa newsletter.

My organization uses rasa.io Newsbriefs as our main form of outbound marketing, so it is used and relied upon heavily by our marketing director (the only person in marketing at my start-up), our sales team, and our Chief Revenue Officer. As an education company, we use rasa.io to keep our partners and marketing qualified leads up-to-date on new industry information as a way of providing more value to them. The sales team also uses the briefs to keep an eye out for new programs or announcements from our prospects.

I think the ideal scenario for using rasa.io would be in an organization that has limited internal marketing capabilities and an org that is looking to automate a lot of its outbound marketing efforts. I would also recommend rasa.io to organizations that are producing their own written content (articles, blogs, press releases, etc) as it is really the only way to drive traffic from the news brief directly to your website.
