- ReadyTalk cost is truly competitive compared to the other top conference providers.
- Our webinars - while free, are still the number one lead generator for our organization.
- We have worked with ReadyTalk to implement notifications when the hosted recording exceeds the limitation to be stored for free, thus we can transfer the media to storage, avoiding additional cost.

Basics covered, not much else
- Our team and partners are spread throughout different buildings in the same city, different cities, and different states. ReadyTalk allows us to collaborate despite not being in the same physical location.
- ReadyTalk allows us to record training sessions for review and dissemination.
- Unfortunately, ReadyTalk has also led to frustration and lost hours spent contacting support due to aforementioned cons, including non-working calendar integration functionality and non-intuitive meeting controls.

- I am able to look back on past recorded meetings to drive home key points that the client previously referenced—helping me to close more deals.
- Time and efficiency are saved by providing the conference line with a shared access code.
- We are able to provide clients a visual overview of the solutions that we aim to sell.
My take on ReadyTalk
- It's helped us launch and run webinars really quickly with Marketo, enabling us to be more efficient with our time and saving us money.
- Working with influencers we need to set up an additional training session so they can get familiar with the tool because it is so different than other platforms such as GoToWebinar.
- Using the web audio technology is a huge cost savings when compared to using their phone line integrations.
ReadyTalk: A Cost Effective Conferencing Solution
- I'm not aware of an ROI that hasn't been met. Most every organization needs a conference bridge in order to function efficiently; ReadyTalk is a cost-effective, user friendly solution.
To use or not to use
- I can't say. I don't handle financials in my organization. But I would say the sound quality and the inability to download slides and CPE certificates has probably caused us to lose some of our audience.
