Recruitee is our main Talent Acquisition Management Platform and CRM. We use it to manage the talent pipeline that applies to the different positions we offer and even post some of these positions across different job boards. we mainly use the platform to manage the candidate's lifecycle from application to offer. We use kanban boards, scheduler links, templates, and other features to guarantee a smooth and transparent process for all candidates and make it easier for all team members involved in the process from recruiters, to leaders, hiring managers and others.

Recruitee does an excellent job at making recruitment easy for all. It has several features and customizable ones that complete a 360 platform to guarantee a smooth recruitment process for all. Internally and externally.
Using kanban boards has been an eye-opening experience and recruitee has that in a way that is easy for everyone to follow.

I have managed also taleo which was really complex and several company built platforms that always were either too slow or complex to manage. Recruitee works like a charm, is rarely down and shows that is constantly looking to evolve and be a better tool and ally for recruiters and companies.

I use Recruitee as an ATS to keep track of the candidates that applied for the many positions we post on behalf of our clients. It allows me to have a very organized, stress-free way to keep all the candidates in one place and saves me invaluable time by providing email templates, a scheduling calendar, and the ability to keep all my notes regarding the open req and candidate in one easy place.

  • As a third-party Recruiter, I have to continue our paid subscriptions with the job boards in addition to the Recruitee monthly fee. This isn't a fault of Recruitee and certainly isn't a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.
Recruitee can be well suited for all organizations but third party Recruiters will have to be mindful of the overall cost

It was used as the main database for our candidates in our whole organization. It addresses the control of the information and also the easy accessibility of the data. The extraction of data using API is a little tricky, but once you manage to understand it (they also have a great API library) you can easily manage to export a large amount of data.

I used to work in a recruitment agency and in some cases, using Recruitee was not the best option, because of much particular information that is needed in that kind of work. But still, it was a great platform to use. In the case of big companies, that have different HR cores, using Recruitee definitely is a game-changer for inside communication and an easy implementation process.

  • Talking about ROI, Recruitee was easy a positive investment (in my point of view), because he was the main platform used in our hiring process (our product).
  • Another positive impact is the possibility of searching candidates, making the overall time of hunting candidates way lower.
  • Since it has its own career page, it had a positive impact in our budget.
Many things were determinant for the selection of Recruitee. Among them, the things that stand on top are the easy usability, the possibility of sharing the candidate information in a link, so our final client (or the manager, in the case of a company) can easily access it; the possibility of integration using API, creating an endless improvement in your hiring process and also the API library, that is really complete and simple to read.

Posting on internal and external sites works pretty well and [is] well received by the candidates and internal employees.

However, there is need of vacancies approval to record hiring manager for respective vacancy. This will ensure that only budgeted vacancy is only being posted . This feature would be a great help and would facilitate auditing as well.

Recruitee is [a] standalone application and there were no additional licenses required. It worked pretty well with social platform such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job boards. Application management, duplicate candidate prevention, and offer extension are good feature[s that were] introduced. Recruitee is a lightweight cloud-based application and covers 90% of our business process.
