Regpack was used for online registration purposes for youth sports. It worked really well for what it was used for, it served its purpose to allow for e-signing and uploading of documents, i.e. birth certificates, photos. The only issue was returning participants - it would not prompt users to update their team which would leave them in the wrong age group and the registrar had to manually change.

It worked for what we needed but it clearly was not meant to work for youth sports registration. It needed several updates to make it work. I would not recommend it for a youth sports program, again. However, it could be super useful in a professional setting.

We use Regpack to manage our summer camp users, as well as several other educational programs. I use it solely to manage terms and conditions and payment.

  • I wish there was an easier way to add graphics.
  • I wish there was a way to show all of the catalogs without registration; if there is I cannot find it.
It's worked great for in-person summer camps where signed paperwork is necessary. It also works well for online camp sessions and group in-person registrations. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solution that eliminates tracking paperwork and wants to use e-signatures to register their attendees.

  • It would be helpful to run the payments through the processor of our choice, i.e. Square.
It can be time consuming to start a new project, however it's nice that you can duplicate a project and edit from there. I think that while some of the setup takes a while, once it's running smoothly it's definitely worth the cost and time and will pay for itself quickly.

Austral uses RegPack to register, manage, and charge our clients for the trips that they take with us, or to process invoices of less than $1,000.00 US. It is used across the organization, with almost everyone needing to view its data and/or manage it. RegPack allows us to look professional and offer a complete level of customer service to our clients.
  • Set and forget payment plans, meaning less human intervention resulting in a reduction of errors.
  • Collection of vital information on our clients, adding to their enjoyment while they are with us
  • Creating professional and attractive registration pages, meaning that from the very first interaction with us, our clients get a sense of our seriousness and dedication to their experience.
  • We work in a very niche market, and so have some very nice needs, especially in reporting. We are currently working with RegPack's development team to find a solution to this.
RegPack and the RegPack Customer Service team have just been awesome! We work in a very niche market, and RegPack has assisted us in providing a complete service to our clients in an attractive and user-friendly way. And, where and when we do hit speed bumps, RegPack's team has always been at the ready to hold our hands and walk us through. They are super helpful, super responsive, and proactive at every step.
  • Our ROI has been totally positive with RegPack. While it is not the cheapest option on the market, it's $$ to quality is second to none. We have been particularly impressed with the level of assistance that we receive from their team—any and every question, query, doubt has been addressed, and a solution has been found.

Apart from the fact that RegOnline was discontinued, we have found that RegPack has met all of our needs and certainly exceeded our expectations in customer service. We were particularly pleased with the function that allows us to pre-set payment plans, and then basically forget. This means less human intervention, fewer errors, and happy clients.
Any and every time we have had an issue, we have had a solution found for us. Working across different time zones, cultures, and languages - RegPack has always been there for us. We have been invited to provide input and opinions on new functionalities (particularly around reporting), and have always found them to be quick and efficient with their responses. Super impressive.

We currently use Regpack for all of our summer camp registrations. While we don’t currently use it across our entire company we do use it in the program department. It is used for both our day and overnight camp programs. It helps us streamline our registration process by moving registration, payment, camper information and financial aid requests all in one place.
  • Reports - we are able to pull so many reports on any information in the system. Anytime someone asks for data we are able to pull it from the system.
  • Registration - this was our first year using the system and there were bumps but once we all got used to the system it was easy for users and the information will save year to year saving our families time.
  • Payment - all users are automatically signed up for a payment plan ensuring that no one shows up to camp without having paid their full balance. This also means there is less administrative time used to track payments.
  • Waitlists - this part of the system doesn’t work like we are used to BUT Regpack is working with us on how to fix it and make it work for us.
  • Payment Method - users can’t change their payment methods on their own.
Regpack is a great registration software system. We are looking forward to putting it into practice this summer when we need to pull reports quickly and often throughout the season.
I’m not sure of a situation where Regpack would be less appropriate as it currently serves our needs.
  • Time - the staff time has been cut down significantly.
We are still early on in our process with Regpack but so far we like it more than our previous system. Each system is different and there are always small growing pains when making a switch from something you were comfortable with but the reporting system is what convinced us to make that switch and take the risk. Regpack has been with us every step of the way and always answers all of our questions with detailed responses and helpful step by step videos.
The support team is amazing! They always answer our questions quickly and efficiently. They also follow up to make sure we understood the answer and it was helpful. They also provide step by step videos for future use. In addition to this they have an extensive FAQ article section that also includes videos for visual learners.

Regpack is affordable so that's important. Great for camp registration IF you are a problem solver and don't need a lot of personal support.

There is no way to speak to a human representative, and that sucks. E-mail support is effective but takes 24 hours to respond. That can feel like a L O N G time when there is a problem that needs attention.
