Our entire organization uses Relias Learning Management System (RLMS), and our usage ranges from annual requirements to as-needed/on-demand specific topics. We utilize Relias Learning Management System for remediation, compliance, and even our annual competency reviews. Each department has access to the full library of availability, but we've found there's something for everyone, from accredited clinical education to basic software tutorials.
  • The gamification elements are fun, and our staff enjoys decorating their crests.
  • The ability to personalize our reminders ensures that compliance stays top-of-mind.
  • User-friendly doesn't do it justice - zero training is needed on how to use the system because it's so intuitive!
  • The policies and procedures storage area are too hard to find - bring it to the forefront for an at-hand reference.
  • Offer more accredited courses for a wider variety of licensures.
  • Print objectives on completion certificates and, optionally, transcripts
The Relias Learning Management System is a fantastic tool for allowing flexible options to maintain compliance, even when you have a remote workforce. Its reporting features ensure that even the busiest supervisors can quickly monitor compliance so that your organization is ready for its next audit or survey. With a few minor improvements to the supervisor interface, it would also be a tremendous tool for competency and performance review management.

  • In on-site surveys by governing bodies, we've been complimented on our ability to provide transcripts as evidence of compliance quickly.
Our implementation specialist was second-to-none, and upon 'graduating' from implementation, we were underwhelmed by the support after that. Due to the thoroughness of our implementation, we have had few occasions to contact support. We've been passed among several different contact persons, but have always received answers to our questions.

We use the Relias Learning Management System to do our annual employee training. We have also used the software to add extra coursework that we feel an employee may need to educate them about their job further. There are a ton of courses available to assign or that the employee can self assign themselves. The software is very easy to navigate through as well. I especially love how we can make up our own training and assign that to employees. I think that it is extremely important to have the flexibility to make our own training courses as we built it to be unique to our business.

We have used the Silver Chair; however, Relias Learning Management System purchased the Silver Chair. Before that, we would do all the training in house with an instructor.
Any time we have reached out to Relias Learning Management System representative, we have been met with excellent customer service and professionalism.

We use Relias across all of our programs and teams. We use it for initial orientation for new staff, as well as annual orientation for all staff. Before we started using Relias, we used paper training modules where staff would read and initial off on the training they completed. This caused two problems: we didn't know if the staff was actually reviewing the material, and it was also hard to track completion.
  • Easy to navigate training modules.
  • Managing curriculum and users is a pleasant experience.
  • You should be able to purchase more seats without having to request it from Relias staff.
  • Removing the pop ups when launching a new course, if possible.
Our overall experience using Relias over the past 5 years has been rather pleasant. This electronic system has given us the opportunity to manage our training program more effectively. The reports feature is helpful because it is easy for us to run reports to completion across our agency. The email reminders of new content as it relates to courses is extremely helpful. The email notifications about courses that are coming due or past due make it easy to get the word out to new staff and existing staff that they have modules they need to complete. Our supervisors love Relias for their staff.

  • By using Relias, we stay in compliance with initial and annual training required by governing bodies.
  • It allows for staff development where staff need additional training (CEUs).
Relias staff has been accommodating whenever support is needed. When Relias staff are at booths at conferences, they also engage very positively and are available for support. It seems as if the Relias staff really care about the work they do and the product they offer.

CenterPointe utilizes Relias Learning Management System (RLMS) across our entire agency. We rely on it to meet compliance standards, accreditation standards, as an employee development and engagement tool, and to provide onboarding support for new hires.
  • It is simple to administer. You don't have to be a programmer to add course content, set-up users, add live events, etc.
  • Robust array of courses from industry specific to general growth & development.
  • RLMS can be accessed from anywhere you have an internet connection, including a mobile device
  • RLMS uses SMEs that are up to date and understand the complexity of the materials presented, but create courses and content that is end-user-friendly.
  • I really have no feedback for this area. I've not run into anything that is difficult or should be done differently.
RLMS is well suited for agencies of any size, who have to demonstrate competence to funders, accrediting bodies, or other compliance related entities. It is an exceptional platform for HR departments to use in corrective action plans and providing additional education in areas where employees may be found to have deficiencies. It's an easy to use product and can be utilized as a basic onboarding tool to an advanced career development module.
  • We have seen an ROI in reduction of resources needed to train materials in a classroom environment. It's allowed us to roll out consistent training and competency based learning to our entire workforce.
  • No negative impact. It's affordable and easy to implement.
  • We saw a significant reduction in client elopment from residential programs in our industry after implementing a new hire curriculum that included job specific learning courses. The staff were better prepared to handle issues and understood the expectation, as it was consistently trained across the board.

The usability was the primary factor for the purchase and ongoing use of this product. We purchased the RLMS years ago when we had a much smaller staff and only one person internally to administer and maintain the RLMS. We continue to use one person to administer the RLMS for over 200 employees.

We were having difficulty recently, setting up a 2 part course, where one part was online and the other was a skills assessment done live. One call was all it took to resolve this situation, and we have learned how to handle it going forward. RLMS empowers it's users to be able to support and create within the environment without much support. The autonomy and flexibility is a huge benefit to end users.
