Great Value For The Price You Pay

Pros

  • Reporting for Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other ad channels.
  • Provides you with a dashboard for clients to login to their own accounts.
  • Automated reporting set to schedules with manageable report templates.

Cons

  • I would like to see integration with Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

Return on Investment

  • ReportGarden legitimizes the results we can achieve to our clients.
  • It also gives us a real-time look at our analytics data so we can make adjustments if something isn't working.
  • Saves us money on administration tasks and frees up our time to spend on tasks that generate revenue.

ReportGarden + Digital Paid Media Advertising

Pros

  • Cross-platform reporting all in one place; this is a strength because there are very few tools that offer this.
  • Easy-to-use platform layout - everything is clean cut and simple; this is a strength because many other tools out there are complicated and don't look great.
  • Built well for agencies, and organizations where there are multiple users, and/or multiple clients; this is a strength, because this is ideal for agencies such as ours.

Cons

  • ReportGarden is sometimes too simplistic, and doesn't allow you to get down into the details as much as you might need to for more sophisticated clients.
  • Sometimes we've had issues with getting all of our separate platforms/campaigns to work together in reporting.
  • It would be great if there were different levels to ReportGarden that would allow for more sophisticated agencies to buy into higher-level, more detailed reporting tools.

Return on Investment

  • It has saved us time in reporting across platforms.
  • It has saved us money by being able to monitor things like spend across multiple platforms and catch overspends.
  • It has created greater efficiency for us in cross-optimizing our campaigns on multiple platforms, getting our clients better results.
