How to get the new Resco Mobile CRM?

Option 1 
There will be a new, demo app titled ˈResco CRMˈ on your App Store soon. You will be able to download it and try the new interface out.

A system admin can make a switch to the new layout with the upcoming version of Woodford (which is to be released beginning of October).

Hi everyone,
Let me introduce you to the new look of Resco Mobile CRM.
The first and main difference is that the new app shows more CRM entities in one, combined view.
The entities are logically grouped based on their similarities. For example, the top view lists all Activity types such as E-mails, Tasks, Appointments and Phone Calls. The view ‘People’ groups Accounts, Contacts and Leads. Sales view combines sales-related entities; such as Opportunities, Quotes, Orders and Invoices.
The content of each record is shown depending on the type of the entity. The E-mail displays the sender ‘Adrian’, the subject of the e-mail and the first line of the content below. The Appointment shows the subject, the regarding field which is in this case the account ‘Ace Bikes’, location of the meeting and its attendees.
This brings me to another new feature. Every record in the view can be shown in an extended format. If tap the blue arrow next to a record the line expands to provide me with additional information. When I extend the appointment, in addition to the basic info it displays the parent account and its contacts. 
In the People section I click on the arrow next to the account ‘Ace Bikes’. I also see the list of contacts, activities and opportunities. For the lead here ‘Aaron Parker’ I see the overview of activities.
All the fields are clickable, so when I tap on any field in the view, it will show the respective detailed Form on the right side of the screen. This means I no longer need to click on an activity and then go into the related account and contact to get to the info I’m looking for. I can do this with just one click from the view itself. 
If not all related records fit onto the screen, I can browse them by scrolling horizontally.
To have more space on the screen, I can minimize the menu on the left.
And here’s another cool thing. Now the newly designed Form provides a perfect overview of a record on just one screen. 
I just double tap here and the window will maximize to full screen. The app will remember my preferred view, so next time I open a record, it will automatically show me the full screen view with its fields and associated records. 
In the left area I see the fields of the chosen account. I can edit these right away. And on the right side, I see the associated records; such as the Contacts, Activities, Opportunities as well as Quotes, Orders and other sections. This form allows me to quickly perform common actions; such as create a new associated record when I click the plus sign or change the view: Opportunities can be shown in a chart view for instance.
Of course, all of the above mentioned attributes can be configured in the customization tool Woodford. So I can group entities for the combined views as I please or choose what details my views will show.
