We at our organization are using Revuze software for marketing and managing some of our over-the-counter products. We collect product-related data from various websites, survey user reviews based on that, and based on the sentiments of the users, we get to know the Expectations of the competition and the satisfaction of the customers who are using our products. We also perform effective analysis to troubleshoot the problems which our customers are facing related to the product.

- Revuze gives us the power to investigate the appropriate process that each of the products and the rate of consumption of the company must carry out.
- This platform works particularly with us, being the tools to increase the speed of automatic response to all clients who are interested.
- Unfortunately this program does not have a free version where we can use the program to a certain extent, in this case there is a free trial that does not meet our expectations.
- I have had a program crash a couple of times, the problem was that I couldn't start the monitoring option and it was limited in this aspect, I am concerned to what extent it could affect my system.
