What we got was a robust platform to share ideas, inform staff, recognize each other, reward subordinates, and a quick access portal for links to other commonly used sites for the organization, and our intranet files.

The SmartHub is a bit intimidating BUT end users don't really have to modify it unless they want to, I try not to and my account manager helps with changes.
There are honestly no negatives, the platform is amazing
