We were looking to improve the quality of our vendor product support, and do it at a reduced cost. We are also looking to reduce the ongoing upgrade effort. Rimini Street have been more responsive and effective across the board, and have delivered the service at half the cost. They will continue to support our current versions without the need for upgrades.

There are not one but multiple issues that Rimini Street was able to resolve. We have Oracle ERP with financials/Manufacturing modules. They have been resourceful in providing post-implementation support and are versatile, responsive, and quick to understand the issue and get the solution. They have provided quick solutions to EAM, financials, and inventory issues that we run into, and they also support month-end closing issues.

Rimini Street supports our two JDE deployments 8.0 and Xe. Both are globally used, and we use both Maintenance and support for the products.

Out of many business problems, we had an issue with PPAT message table growth, since we never purged on Xe. They came up with a solution and on the purge and we did implement it without affecting the business downtime.

Rimini Street are providing level 3 - 4 support for our ERP, given we no longer have a support agreement with Oracle themselves. To date, I have raised a number of support requests and have so far been very happy with the way Rimini Street have approached each issue, and the solutions provided.

We dropped Oracle support for our PeopleSoft ERP applications. Rimini provides support for all related ERP issues (Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). Rimini Street provides a better support team with a substantially reduced cost.

Our Primavera application was getting error in one of the logs on the EPPM application server. Rimini Street replied with a solution to fix error in a timely manner. The instructions to apply the fix were clear and easy to apply.

Rimini Street is excellent in Supplying Client Support Services. They are knowledgeable and understand our issue quickly rather than asking us to generate a big bunch of unrelated information. They also communicate with us well and with a dedicated staff working on our site. For example, we wants a solution about a failed Purchase Order reconciliation. They will find out the data issue and give us an solution to rectify the data. Instead of find out the bug in the program. They find out the cause of the problem and solution to correct the data. We have never been asked for replicating an issue in DEMO environment.

Rimini serves as our third party support provider for one of our financial systems. They are responsive and professional when working with non-technical staff on technical problems we face. We have contacted and worked with their support team many times over the last few years.

Yes, in my experiences they resolved our issues. Mainly with our Hyperion Systems. My first issue dealing with Rimini Street was for an issue importing SSL Certs in and across our Hyperion environment. There is a tool called Oracle Wallet that they helped us configure.

There was an issue with one of our data integration tools where we were not able to transfer flat files from Source DB to Target using the ODI SFTP Tool. Solution - ODI Tool being on a lower version, was incompatible with the source DB and hence could not decrypt the password. Suggested using a different integration tool for transferring the flat file.

Tax update for 89 and 90 PeopleSoft systems. Rimini Street did understand the program and provided regulatory updates for our 89 and 90 environments. Adecco have customized environments and there were events were Rimini street didn't provide updates in customize programmings.

Business Problem: SAP Production outage
Solution: We had recently faced a business outage due to our SAP Production system down. Rimini Street really helped with bringing the systems online and establishing the HADR environment smoothly. Thanks to the Database consultant Sai for being available throughout the activity and ensure the problem is fixed.

The Rimini Street perfectly manages problems using next approach:
1) they understand business process and requirements appeared during process execution
2) they are very good familiar with original software functionality, in addition they aware about custom developments and their impact on processes
3) they rout an issue to most applicable analyst to speed up issue solving.
Example: we faced unexpected behavior during the night process. they understand the problem and point to custom program and advised which setup impacts on received result.

Yes, Rimini Street clearly understood our business problem and did solve it. We had some security vulnerabilities in our SAP Business Objects environment and wanted some help in finding fix to those security vulnerabilities. We connected with Rimini Street on the same and they were able to help us with the correct approach and with definitive measures and changes that we can do in our environment to fix the security vulnerabilities. Since these vulnerabilities are high priority, we had to act on them urgently and that is where Rimini Street stood up and helped us.

We have been using Rimini Street services since our contract with Oracle expired and we decided not to renew. Since then, Rimini Street has provided Tier 2 support as needed when we needed expertise beyond what we had in-house or needed ESUs or updates that we couldn't get through Oracle. I have had a great experience working with Carla H. for North American payroll/HR questions and with Ashley K. for Australia payroll/HR questions as well as with the engineering team. Their technical expertise and understanding of HR/payroll time sensitivity are impressive. Great professional customer skills!

For the last request for service, No, but Rimini support rep was very helpful. I have only needed to use Rimini Street less than five times in the past two years, but they are always quick to respond and they are very helpful even when they don't always have the root cause. Since Oracle support is very costly, their support is a great savings.

Rimini Street has provided exactly what we signed up for with regards to Oracle EBS 11i overlay support. They have helped us solve issues with:
  • Migrating from IE to Edge
  • Workflow mailer stability (due to Microsoft TLS change, other problems in this area)
  • Document sequencing for France Set of Books
  • Web ADI errors
  • Performance issues
  • Standard inventory form not loading
We have had many successes with HFM managed service/support. However, we have recently found issues with HFM SmartView compatibility with Windows 11. Despite many efforts, Rimini Street has not been able to provide a solution that gets around these issues in a reliable fashion. We may be forced to upgrade to 11.2 despite initially being advised not to do this upgrade.

Rimini Street provide the solution to new requirement/change/issue on time. Excellent technical tool for case tracking. Regular mail chain conversations from ticket status. We relied on Rimini Street to provide solutions to SAP from time to time. One business use case - we had a p1 with server breakdown. Rimini Street helped us providing the solution on SLA effectively.
