We found the names we pulled were accurate but we did still need to clean the emails through a scrubber. But that is understandable as the data could change on a monthly basis but overall comparable to other databases we use.

Nothing but positive outcomes with ZoomInfo Operations OS's and the support team that support the application. We are using the cloud-based version and have yet to experience any issues with the application. With some time the sales team has been able to take the information that they collect and input it into ZI and this has helped others in research and closing on sales opportunities.

The quality is sufficient to do a large portion of our intended outreach to aim for business goals. Given we have not compared it in day-to-day practice with a competitive tool – assuming any business like ours would purchase a tool/vendor for data needs – we don't have a meaningful way to compare it against other solutions that would offer the same benefits of providing data to segment, analyze, and use for outreach. But overall ZoomInfo or a similar tool is somewhat essential for certain outbound/sales go-to-market strategies.

ZoomInfo has helped us obtain better data on companies that we are trying to target, particularly when we have a specific list of companies or departments we are trying to reach out to. It has been especially helpful in pulling employees with certain job titles, such as ones that include Operations or Human Resources.

The data has not always been very accurate and seemed like there is a mix of outdated data that comes up in the searches as well, for example, there are some invalidated emails still lingering around and also some invalid phone numbers. It is a bit difficult to separate these using algorithms but from a customer's point of view, these are inconveniences.

In my field, leads are important and what we are living. EverString helps us to discover companies and organizations with the same providence as the companies we have dealt with before. Thus, we could gather more leads in an easy way. Another thing is it boost our market analysis and gives off accurate numerical and visual charts that I will never get tired of saying over and over again. Lastly, EverString makes collaborating and working with teammates entertaining. Because of its graphics' ease of access leads us to comprehend charts and tables easily.

EverString, now part of ZoomInfo provides high quality baseline data. The software allows you to filter for even higher levels of accuracy if desired. The entire platform is cutting edge and drastically improves the sales process. Highly recommend for sales enablement.

Overall the information has been very helpful to both marketing and sales within our organization. We do find gaps and inaccuracies within contact information such as phone numbers but the digital contact information such as email and LinkedIn have been great to benefit our prospecting functions.

This is the main benefit we get from EverString. Sending the contact info to Salesforce and then being able to open up the Salesforce page using the direct link afterwards. Emails are found most of the time and Everstring's email verification process is fairly reliable. Phone numbers are slightly less reliable, but still seem to work over half of the time.

I love the direct LinkedIn profile link. I used to use it every time I got a new account to quickly and efficiently gather information on the company and contact (recently in the team lead role, so it's not so active now).
I find the information to be up to date 90% of the time. The only times Everstring fails is where a contact has moved company recently, but I don't think that's something that is easily tracked! It also gives a nice snapshot of who the person is and what their role in the company is.

Update: Quality of data from Everstring is more consistently available for companies based in the US.

I have not been able to see the exact LinkedIn profile, but after using the data enriching filters I look up the potential companies on Sales Navigator. I feel that the accounts are accurate and have up-to-date company contact information. We have benefited from this information because it saves us time from researching accounts and allows us to send more emails than we were able to before.

EverString provides my organizations marketers and sales reps with accurate, up-to-date contact information which we use daily. The quality of the EverString contact data is very good. We have not seen any quality issues with EverString contact data. This has saved a great deal of time for our sales and marketing teams.

I honestly haven't used the contact page as much as relying on data already in our lead gen from marketing. I get a sense from my manager that these numbers are good, though I would prefer only direct lines (who wouldn't) as I can usually find at least a gen CS number on their website.

As stated before, data quality is a huge concern for us in terms of emails because our business thrives off of email selling as a good starting point for our BDRs. Since there is only a 30-40% success rate with emails of contacts with Everstring we do not use them for their contacts anymore. Just for their intent data service.

I really don’t use this feature as we have another tool called Seamless that gives me direct lines and more accurate information. I find that Everstring only provides emails and not so much phone numbers that are a huge help in Sales and prospecting.

It's great that the contact data is all there for the sales/marketing team when they are finding accounts but the info is not always accurate. Additionally, they don't always find the right title or contact we are looking for.
