As soon as we got access, we could start getting value. So, immediately. The only delay is in users learning to use the interface in an effective way – which takes a few hours of practice. So this can be done in one day or over some weeks. Pipeline for our business takes time to generate through emails and calls, so that took additional time.

The deployment and the beginning stages of usage were pretty easy to grasp but there are functionalities that may be a bit difficult for some to grasp. But now with the advent of ZoomInfo university, it has been made easy. There are tutorials for each and every section which help guide a user to the intended goal.

EverString same as with Zoominfo is very manageable and user-friendly you will never go wrong with it. I got a hold of it in no time and its interface is not an eye-sore. Plus, I've been a user of ZoomInfo which is a great help to maneuver EverString. These two really are suited for each other and for easy work-flow.

Some users have longer learning curves than others, especially if the user struggles with technology as is. The ZoomInfo University is robust and helps with the learning curve. It takes our team about two weeks to fully onboard a new user where they can operate the platforms well on their own.

After purchasing we were able to obtain our licenses and get it up and running within a week. We started noticing results right away after creating specified searches and generating prospect lists by geographic area. It increased the number of leads we had significantly.

I was able to take advantage of Everstring's features immediately, by using the look up function for filling in or updating information on existing contacts. This helped me save time on prospecting, and allowed me to make more calls/send more emails.

We were set up and running very quickly after purchase - I believe the platform was available for use basically "next day". If there was any delay I don't remember it!

In terms of results, the impact was also noticed quickly. At the time of purchase, we had a rapidly growing SDR team. Without Everstring we wouldn't have been able to build the high-quality lists that we did in time for their onboarding and ramp!
