No Ripple effect for changes!
The Rippling team has been exceptional to work with! They are all trained very well in how Rippling works and they know who on their team to contact for additional clarification. This type of support I've never seen before in my 10 years of implementing new HRIS systems.
The access/roles could be better. Having a way to give the manager additional access without making them an admin.

My team of 3 manages the system but for the most part it can be run by one person ongoing. We have a Benefits Specialist who manages the benefit side of the system. Some technical skill is required for formula building but it's similar to excel so easy to learn.

Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
It's important for us to have issues resolved in a quick time especially when it comes to payroll. Premium support was necessary for us.

Bug with HSA however it was identified and fixed quickly by Rippling and they took on the penalty for having to change former payrolls.
Countless times! Some highlights include during our implementation when we had to rush install our benefits portal to serve open enrollment before our contract started in January. Other times have been setting up workflows and formulas. We use them heavy at our company to give information to leaders. Whenever I create an odd workflow or formula I can always double check with the support team. Sometimes even in chat so I can quickly get the fields updated. The turn around time for the support team is exceptional to the point I feel like I always can get my answer within a day or at least details within a day.

Rippling has cut down my onboarding a new employee by about an hour and half per employee. I have a place to store all pertinent information per user and know that they are responsible for updating their information and I do not have to. Offboarding is the same as well, the time saved is incredible compared to what I was using previously.

Having the ability to use Rippling on my laptop, but have pertinent information on an app on my personal cell phone is a great feature. There has not been an employee at our firm that has had issues onboarding or utilizing Rippling for their payroll and benefits management. It is a great product with many options.

I use Rippling to elect benefits, manage my absences, find colleagues at my company - essentially all things Human Resources, and more. It solves the business problem by being the go-to resource for all things 'people'. Rippling provides remote IT onboarding solutions and benefits as well. I appreciate the fact that there is a singular solution, and that one doesn't have to toggle to other tools, to manage all things HR!

Rippling has a much better UX, easy to navigate, and overall modern feel to it. I like that they offer multiple services - IT devices, office applications in addition to your traditional HR tools. This gives employers a chance to consolidate many services into one platform. For users, the intuitive and modern interface makes for an enjoyable experience that leaves users wanting to come back to the platform more
The good experience thus far, is heavily influenced by the ease and intuitive nature of the platform. There is no tool that is perfect and hence it has got a 8/10 rating. Occasionally, there can be a delay while navigating between different views on Rippling. This only happens a handful of times and is not a persistent problem
Easy interface to navigate - one does not need significant time to play around on the platform to determine what to do. In particular, I appreciate how there are 'less clicks' needed to toggle between different views on the platform. One needs to only hover over the global menu page and then select the option. Small things like this help promote a seamless experience

Very easy use and straightforward UI/EX. Help deal with the HR practices of the company. Rippling takes over all of the functions of benefits selection and payroll breakdown. Also includes all necessary forms related to those two aspects as well. Rippling acts as a one-stop shop for managing all things benefits and payroll.

Miles ahead of ADP and other competitors. I would say that this is the easiest and most intuitive platform and portal that I have used since any of my previous jobs. Sometimes the UI can be a little too simplistic, but ultimately with some general tech knowledge navigating and finding what you need is not difficult.

I have previously used ADP which was in many cases a confusing and complicated mess. For as popular and widespread as ADP is, I am very happy that more platforms are entering this space and improving it. I have not used any other platforms other than ADP total source and Rippling
Easy to get in touch with rippling if needed. I have only had a minimal need to get in contact with their support team, but from my limited experience, the support at rippling is great and easy to reach. I would argue that Rippling has a much better support team than many of the big players in this space.
Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate to areas that you want to navigate to. The design and interface are simple enough without throwing too much information into your space. The log-in process is straight forward and it's easy to manage pretty much everything you need. The organization used in a limited capacity so I can only speak to benefits and payroll

I have been loving Rippling. It's such a great tool across all new training classes. It helps address any issues there might be with pacing during training. It has been a huge benefit for the incoming classes to make sure everyone is on the same page and ready to move on to the next training module as needed.

  • It has helped organize my training modules so I can easily know what else I have to complete.
  • It has helped me keep myself on track and on point so that I know how to manage the basic functions of my job.
  • I think that maybe they could have more visible notifications when you have tasks or trainings past due without having to go to the dashboard.
  • Perhaps making the modules click through segments more easy to go backwards if you clicked too far through.
I think that Rippling is wonderful for use in training large classes of incoming people for a role that has generally applicable uses across the training roles. It allows for great background training for new employees to grasp basic functions as well as allows for deep dives into specialized training roles or tasks.

I haven't really used another service like Rippling and I'm happy that I've found it because it is super helpful. I've used a virtual timeclock but it was nothing compared to how in-depth Rippling goes and what it allows for.
Anytime there has ever been an issue with Rippling not performing, the issue is fixed almost instantaneously. It is truly wonderful to see such a fast and reactive support team that handles issues across all areas of worry.
It is extremely user friendly. I think the app is less user friendly than the online platform used through browser. Other than that, I think it is amazing. Great product that has made my onboarding with my new company as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend this to many of my other friends who are looking to implement this type of tool.
Rippling acts as the entire companies method for time tracking, vacation requests, PTO tracking, break tracking etc. It is a super easy tool to use as it can also be downloaded as an app on your phone. It is extremely user friendly and could be implemented in numerous ways to ensure a company can track and manage a large number of employees in an organized manner.
We have a fairly large tech support team. They help with all of the technologies we utilize at our job. Including and not limited to Rippling as well as many other tools. Because Rippling rarely has issues, the support team just needs to be able to navigate the potential overload or temporary lock out of the app due to many users. However, we have since been able to expand Ripplings capabilities by enrolling in the larger workplace setting of the app.

Because it is through my current job I would recommend it to other friends with businesses both large and small. It is an easy to use app and it is super helpful and beneficial for time tracking and ensuring accuracy of the time clock. It notifies you when you are close to your allotted PTO limit which is also a neat feature.
