Rippling is definitely more user friendly and less complicated than the HR software I've had to use in the past. It does everything I need it for and does not bombard me with tons of buttons and options that are not necessary. That's why I prefer Rippling over the others.

This is what I have been preaching in all of my past comments. Rippling is super easy and user friendly which makes the usability super easy and super reliable. Rippling has touched on almost all of the things that I need from an app/software such as this. There really isn't too much I would change about the app and it is by far the best I have ever used.

Everything about Rippling's interface is well thought out and intuitive. They provide excellent training to get the most out of the platform, but it's easy to pick up the basic functionality without any training at all.

The user interface for Rippling is very intuitive which eliminates the need for us to heavily train new additions to the team on how to use it. From the beginning they set up an account and Rippling has a tutorial when you first login. Once you have used it, the notifications let you know when there are updates or action items you need to complete. We haven't received any complaints from team members using the platform.

Rippling is extremely user friendly. Our employees love that their onboarding process is guided from start to finish. It is easy for them to make benefit selections, enter direct deposit information, and review onboarding documents. They like that they have full visibility of PTO, payroll, and their benefits at anytime.

Very intuitive process, features, and layout. Signing up and signing on for the first time is not daunting, unlike some other websites. Learning the layout of the website and its features is quick, easy, and actually fun using the platform they have created. I have had no problems accessing the information I needed using their software.

I gave it this rating because ever since day one of logging in, I was able to self navigate the site. It is very straightforward and self explanatory. I am sure most users would be able to jump in and be successful within the site, and be able to use most if not all site functionality.

There are some quirks. I have noticed longer loading times for the apps that are connected to Rippling but that seems to be the biggest and only issue I have come across. It is very easy to integrate all apps that you currently are using and keep everything organized better.

The software is very easy to understand. I like the icons. I like the checklists. I like how easy and seamless it is to access company info and company policy. It is a powerful thing to put that at an employee's fingertips and I am a really big fan of how easy rippling makes it.
