Frequently experience very thoughtful and smart support from Rippling, within HR/payroll these are never the fun parts of operating a company and I have peace of mind knowing Rippling is managing it and there to support should we ever run into hairy issues

Rippling support is some of the best experiences I have ever had. They are always helpful and will jump on a zoom whenever I need to do a deeper dive into a project I am working on. My TAM team is always helpful too. Whenever I have a question, they look into it for me and have a fast turnaround time.

I have not yet had an opportunity to contact the support team at Rippling, but will do so if any concerns or questions arise. I have not heard from any other employees if they had contacted the support team either as we have only just started using the service recently.

I have never contacted Rippling support. Overall it has been easy to figure out so I never saw the need to contact support for it. However I'm sure that the support system is very clean and the turnaround time for inquiries is very quick. My HR manager did reach out to inquire about this survey, and she received a response within an hour.

I've never needed to reach out to Rippling for support. When I have any Rippling-related questions or help I reach out to our company associate that handles such issues and then relays the answer back to me. I' cannot even remember ever having any issues with Rippling, so this question doesnt really apply to me.

Rippling support is very responsive. Our account manager, who gave us the demo and onboarded us, was very responsive and always available for calls when we needed during the onboarding process. He was well-informed and was able to connect us with the right people in Rippling for things like benefits management.

Rippling has an extensive knowledge base where you can probably find most of the answers you need.

Their chat/email support is also very good. Most of the time, they'll get back to you within the same day, and they have extremely detailed responses, so you'll have thorough support to rely on if you reach out to them.

There's no call option or CSM, but this isn't a big deal because it's mostly a self-serve platform, especially after you've been onboarded.
